Mr. Harding has been such a blessing as I have navigated through this difficult process. I can not comprehend how much time and detail must go into his thorough research to ensure the best outcome for myself and his other clients. I could not have navigated my way through this legal battle with respect to my private student loans without him.
He is a very dedicated and driven individual who has proven to be very trustworthy. During this process I have gotten a glimpse of the complexities of legal matters, and was grateful to have Mr. Harding there every step of the way. The medical profession is typically divided between the general practitioner and the specialist. The legal profession is similar between the general attorney and the specialist attorney. I had an employment issue so I went to an employment specialist attorney - Neil. First, he was very good in discussing the situation and explaining the issues to me. Second, he consulted his 3 partners on a few things. The "team" approach is very big in a number of professional services, including health, and, in my case, 4 heads were better than 1. Third, although he was the attorney "in charge" I never felt I was standing on the sidelines. Neil kept me very well informed and respected my opinions and decisions. Many times when we're looking for specialists in any field, we turn to online reviews. I'm throwing in my hat for Neil. When you want the best specialist in employment law go with him.

I filed a suit after my husband died tragically at work. I had never sued someone so I did not know how to navigate through something of this magnitude. My fiance hired Rhys for an assualt charge which they wanted jail time but he fought with the prosecutor and was able to get it down to probation and fines which he was happy with. He fought for him and was more than willing to go to trial if they didnt give him a fair deal. He was also always on top of things. Super nice guy, highly recommend him.

In December of 2015, my daughter made a mistake. She got involved with the wrong person, and ended up accused of a felonious assault and theft. I found Atty. Jones's number in the phone book, called his office, and he saw me that afternoon. He also introduced me to his associate, Atty. Ron Yarwood, and the two of them took care of my daughter's case. They immediately took steps to get her out of jail and released on bond. They informed us of her legal rights and liabilities, and kept us informed of the progress of her case. They educated us from the beginning on what my daughter's risks were, and negotiated hard on her behalf. From the outset, they told us that they had no fear of going to trial, if that was what her defense demanded; but in the end, they were able to negotiate her sentence down to 2 misdemeanors, with her punishment being only a year's probation.
I was very gratified over the fact that they quoted me a fixed fee at the beginning, and never asked for any more fees as the process went on. I also found them both to be very accessible. I contacted them by email and phone on numerous occasions and they always replied the same day or the next. I always felt that they had my daughter's best interest at heart, but they also never let her forget how serious the trouble was that she had gotten into. I am extremely grateful to them for their time and expertise as well as the outcome they were able to negotiate for my daughter. I fear that, with a less competent team, the outcome could have been substantially worse.

Attorney Cartright-Jones was able to find major flaws in my dui case and was able to get the suspension and dui dismissed in a month. Had I not hired this attorney, I would have unnecessarily been charged with a dui. I can now go on with life. This attorney may be the best defense attorney in the Youngstown and surrounding area.

People who complain about her pricing, truly mind-blowing! People should NOT bargain shop when trying to fight for custody of their children, the outcome will be less than desired.
Over the last year, Lynn has given me 110% during a very stressful custody case. A case that involved my children being taken to Florida without me knowing and false abuse accusations. I began working with Tyler back in 2015 when my design was still in its infancy. ( Nearly three years ago ) Originally I hired him strictly for reference as I wasn't in a position to file for a patent right away and he wasted no time responding to any question I posed.

I selected David Corrado because I believed he'd be a bulldog. I need someone tough for a fraud/unpaid debt case. He told me what I was up against, he told me it would cost me a LOT of money (his fees), and that it would be much greater if we had to go to court. He was right on all counts. It ended up being settled on the second round of mediation. It cost a LOT of money. But he put up with the deadbeat schmuck, and got him to pay. He made sure my interests were secured and that all loose ends were tied up. I probably could have paid less and gotten less, but I took a risk and I think it paid off.

I have happily hired Doug Whipple for 21 years. He has been a Blessing to me, my family and other litigants. He has the uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter at hand. I am a County Commissioner and Treasurer for the County Commissioners Association of Ohio. I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action.
