Ben helped me a few years back and really helped me deal with slumlords. They didnt care that my apt smelled like sewer, once I notifed the AG they started coming out in the middle of the night to try and fix the BROKE SEWER LINE under the apt nextdoor. I had all the photos I thought I needed, but when I called Ben for a consult he IMMEDIATELY came over and assesed the problem himslef and started helping with the appropriate legal procedures. He helped me move into a new home and was able to settle my claim and forced them to completely fix the isse.

No matter what the outcome of the case would have been, I would have always given five stars. The outcome of our case did turn out very well. If we didn't have Gary and his team it would have turned out very different. I owe it all to everyone at the Preble Law Firm. Just be prepared to answer with a yes or a no. Gary really likes his questions answered with a yes or no. I am the type to try and elaborate on something. That took some getting used to. Gary has good intentions. If you want your case to be handled by the best then I would hire Gary and his team. I truly believe it was their expertise that got us the outcome we received. He will tell it like it is. Paralegal hounded me while I was at work. Wouldn’t answer questions about ambiguous billing charges. If you are a woman, save yourself the frustration and find someone willing to represent YOU.

Beware. I should have walked out when their dog came running at me and kept barking. It was a sign. But I stayed only to suffer the rude, unprofessional, and accusatory lawyer that now owns the practice. Don't expect anyone to call or email you back as they don't. Do expect to pay for services never fully rendered. I hired another lawyer that got the job done - to the letter of the law - and without being falsely accused of wanting to "break the law." Wow. She thinks I was hostile, and yet she never met me or spoke with me. On the other hand, I did meet her dog and care less about what her dog thinks of me. It's a DOG silly.

Called this office and was in the very next day. I met with Mr. Edward Younglove. He was very polite and I did not feel rushed at all. I explained to him my whole situation and he completely understood and told me what my best options were without making me feel pressured to hire an attorney. But also let me know that he would be there to help if I do decide to go with hiring him. I felt much better after leaving his office knowing what my options were and that I had legal representation available if needed.

I was walked in on while pumping at work. I went here for help. The lawyer looked up the wrong law and said there was nothing he could do…. Yeah because you looked up a completely different law regarding breastfeeding and pumping. The law that pertains to my case is RCW 43.10.005 (viii). The one he looked up was RCW 43.70.640 which only applies to places of business that want a "infant-friendly" on its promotional materials. The whole experience with this law office felt like a waste of my time talking with a lawyer that is not able.

Horrible experience all around. $200 consultation fee upfront, and Mr. Younglove wasn't even taking our case seriously despite all the evidence and witnesses we had. He was actually discouraging us from suing because we "wouldn't be getting a lot back" in missing/lost wages and told us to wait and see what L&I did. But, if we got more people who were also missing wages to join in, he might reconsider. Translation: "You're not worth my time because I'd barely make any money off your case." He takes 33% - 40% of whatever the client is awarded, but only if they win. And, no. You don't get your $200 back if he decides not to take your case.

We feel obligated to report to the Bar Association. Unfair practice, no communication. Daniel curses, and became rude as if he was to busy to deal with us. Will send emails 2min apart, but charges a 20min minimum for each email forwarded, and ea attempt to make a phone call. Daniel stated that he has tried to call on 2 seperate occasions, however our records prove no such calls where ever made will forward to the Bar as well. We've emailed a list of questions to Daniel twice. ea time he states that he's answered the questions previously there by dodging answering them again. We have no idea what it is we are trying to accomplish, or what the goal is we're working towards. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Save your money and look for a competent attorney that will be more than happy to do their job. Daniel was very kind on our first meeting, all communication after signing to hire him has been a nightmare.

Right now, they are helping A person that is filing things that Have absolutely nothing to do with me. They keep turning against me and helping people harass me. They did this in Lewis in Thurston now. I don’t know what I did to have this harassment from Northwest Justice Project. I’ve only told nothing but the truth. A judge, a newly elected judge had deemed that there was no substantial change in the person in Lewis County And the fact that Northwest Justice Project decided to help this person who has violated a restraining order and continues to go on and help people harass and target me. I don’t know what to do about this office, but the attorneys and the people that work here are just going after me for no reason and helping people that do not have cases against me and do not Fall under unlawful, harassment, or stalking. I really do not know what to do about this, but I just asked very kindly for them to reach out to me and give me an explanation of why they are helping somebody that I have a video of harassing me. I am just trying to figure out why in the world all the sudden I am an enemy of these attorneys when I’ve done absolutely nothing to them. If you guys want, you guys can reach back out to me, but I am just letting you guys know that I do not know why in the world you guys are helping people harass me and allowing them to file against me with your guys’s help when it’s not even true

I hate to work with the nw project again. They failed me the first time i was proven the vulnerability sheet sidewalk was using is corrupt. The totally overlook that my doctor was given sidewalk updates to the investigation that I had going on. That info came in requested documents and the investigator denied seeing a connection. My doctor talking to sidewalk is no medical connection. But my doctor violated the hypocrites act they sworn too. Still even after I met with my doctor supervisor which whom said he did this independently no permission was given to do this. Now they still denied that fact and I was homeless for four years after that. Now I'm facing a eviction that complicated to do by myself, court In my experience are not ruling in my favor never. My rights are denied me from the gov offices that are to enforce them meaning in a act of self defense I can physically stop any or everyone from entering my dwelling with my life. Since they wish to see me rot on the street. Someone will add to the value of loss. Since no justices will be on my side in anything I do. So don't file with them they are just there for themselves looking pretty.

We secured Gary's service to protect our rights and our family from CPS, an agency who I found shows no respect for the law or our rights as citizens.
Normally you would think you wouldn't have to get a lawyer if you were not in the wrong. Unfortunately that is not the case and this agency threatened us and tried to manipulate us several times throughout their "investigation".
We were told they wanted access to our home to search for weapons and that we would need to answer all of their questions or risked having our four children taken from the home. This all was over my 15 year old son getting in a fight with another kid from school resulting in a black eye.
Long story short Gary shut them down with his knowledge of the law and experience dealing with their corrupt tactics. I truly feel sorry for the low income families that this CPS agency clearly takes advantage of.

Mr. Preble listened to my case and seemed to know instinctively that the allegations against me were ridiculous and unfounded. There can be nothing worse than a CPS allegation. Mr. Preble seemed to intuitively understand the failures of such a system (CPS) and demonstrated consistent and an unwavering support of our rights as parents and as a nuclear family.
Mr. Preble was accessible and explained each step of the process in terms that we could understand, avoiding too much legalese. He was respectful of cost. He demonstrated professionalism. He infused humor to ease the anxiety. He provided reassurance to help us navigate one of the most torturous experiences we have ever had to endure.
Mr. Preble's staff were knowledgeable. They always provided answers to our questions and always made us feel welcome.
We prevailed against CPS. We are so grateful to Mr. Preble for taking our case and seeing us through the process with grace, faith and dignity.

Mr. preble, is the lawyer I hired to defend my case against the state in a CPS allegation and subsequent appeal,he was kind courteous and understanding with all of the various details and strings of evidence related to the matter. He was willing to work with my unusual work schedule being in the military. He was clear concise and upfront in all of our dealings. I would with out hesitation recommend him for any legal matter that you may be facing. Without his work I would be struggling too have time with my children. My family and I have had a very difficult time getting the final documents to close our parents estate from Samuel. From Janury to now (mid July) we've made weekly phones calls and sent numerous emails with almost no response. He does occasionally tell my sister he will have the final documents to her for review "this Friday". Every Friday comes and goes, with no documentation or response. It's a simple estate . He has had the case for 2 years. The courts show the cases as archived. We would like this wrapped up ASAP.

I was billed for a 10 minute conversation I was not aware I would be billed for and which I did not initiate. I was not under any type of contract or retainer with this firm. When disputing the invoice I received an email directly from Mr. Lynch which essentially said “prove it”. I paid the $97.50 because for me it wasn’t worth the argument. It is however important for me to make others aware that they need to be clear about charges when speaking with this firm (especially if not under retainer). I would also be concerned about the qualifications and values of this firm.
