I've used them 3 times over the last 5 years. In the first case, they made an error on how a settlement would be divided, costing me a few thousand dollars. Mistakes happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they did an otherwise acceptable job. Second case was resolved without issue or major complaints. Third and final case will be the last time I hire them. It is my opinion that the law at the crux of my case was never properly researched. Weeks (and thousands of dollars) into my case, their top employment lawyer mentioned that she'd put a legal assistant on the task of reading the law. After that I sent them an email with a ton of details on said law, pointing to precise elements that supported my arguments, but never got a response. When the bill arrived, it lacked details that I think are relevant. There was no hourly rate. I'm a lawyer. I just finished a mediation yesterday with Mark Christensen. Mark is based in the Lincoln office, but he travels to the Omaha office for mediations. I'm a lawyer. I just finished a mediation yesterday with Mark Christensen. Mark is based in the Lincoln office, but he travels to the Omaha office for mediations. We got a great result in a very difficult and high dollar case. Mark worked a miracle. IMO, Mark Christensen is the best mediator in the state.
