Kris Kuckelman is a wonderful reliable attorney. He wrote our wills and durable power attorney 23 years ago,formated in such a way to easily select various ones issued. Mr. Henry was so kind and patient when I had a consultation with him. I am going through an ugly divorce and I went to him for guidance. Since I live in a rural county an hour outside the metro area he was not able to represent me but he took the time to contact an attorney in my area that he knew and trusted to help me find someone.

He had his Kansas law license suspended in November 2020, and his Missouri license suspect after that. He is only good at promptly sending outrageous bills. Avoid at all costs.

So, I actually interacted mostly with the Topeka office, and a remote assistant, after my initial consultation at their Lawrence location. I never had a problem with getting immediate responses to my questions as they popped up. Everything that needed to be done was handled in a timely and professional manner... I never felt uninformed or caught off guard. The fees were very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm.
