I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Attorney. During my initial consultation I was charged $350. After this, I made several attempts to contact the attorney with no success. My calls went unanswered, which left me feeling neglected as a client.
Given the high fee I paid, I expected better communication and professionalism. This is why I decided to give a low rating, as I believe client communication is a key aspect of legal services.

We hired Eric and his firm early on in our Medical business planning (Dentist of Aventura). We needed multiple complex contracts/documents created from scratch, which required us to have many meetings with Eric to iron out the details. Eric even provided great inputs on how to structure our entity and best business practices. On our first Health Department inspection, we provided all the documentation, and passed with flying colors. Eric continued to provide us support through out the process, going above and beyond. Eric was recommended by a local attorney who felt I would better be served by him for the sale of my dental practice.
On the very first phone call, all the important bullet points were made known to me (e.g. his background, qualifications, fee, etc.). It was a fixed fee.
While I had no context to compare if the fee was appropriate for the work to be done, I went with him simply because I had a good feeling about Eric from my conversations. He did not disappoint.
As it turned out, the fee was well earned. Each question and concern was immediately answered by text, email or phone call. The answers were always clear and precise and reflected a depth of knowledge for which I had hoped .
Another aspect of my dealings with Eric was that the process was not easy with the buyer and sometimes contentious. The encouragement he gave along the way helped immensely. I believe that speaks volumes about Eric personally and professionally.
I recommend Eric and the Eskow Law Group to anyone in the medical/dental field without hesitation.

My experience with Joe is that he is probably the most experienced lawyer I have ever met. He is extremely smart and very honest. I would reccomend him to anyone that is looking for an attorney. He is the kind of person that will always be honest with you regardless of what you want to hear. He has helped my family and I tremendously over the years and anyone would be lucky to get him to accept you as a client. I really can not say enough about how sharp he is. My experience with MR Kelly was terrible.Mr Kelly is volume attorney,meaning he takes alot of cases but puts no focus or effort into his clients.Two words to describe my experience with his law firm,is un prepared and unprofessional.His employees are rude,he has an assistant named Aliyah who very rude and disrespectful.As for Mr Kelly he was always un prepared for court dates,on one occasion he forgot to do a deposition for my accountant for a child support matter,which hurt my case very bad in court,he ended up doing the deposition the day we went to court outside the court room because he forgot to do it on time.And when I questioned him about his unprofessional behavior he got mad and quit my case one week before a major court date.
Do not use this attorney or you will regret it,just like i did.Mr Kelly ruined my case,and cause serious damage to my life.Avoid him at all cost.

I actually found Mr. Saunders on the Web. I spoke with four attorneys prior to retaining Mr. Saunders for our Probate matter. We were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the issues. This was not one of his "larger matters" but handled it as one. He took the time to explain matters clearly, returned our calls promptly and was attentive to our concerns. We would definitely recommend him to others.

Ms. Smith and her title agency were chosen by the buyers who were purchasing my home. Upon trying to schedule a reasonable closing for all parties, Ms. Smith tried pressuring me into completing the closing the same day (short notice) and suggested I gather my belongings into a uhaul truck so that the closing could take place by close of business. I was at work and had already started negotiating with professional movers to come in the next couple of days. Upon telling Ms. Smith that I would not be leaving my job to come to her office and pack my families household at the drop of a dime, she became irate and even used profane language. She tried explaining that she had an obligation to the bank to get this done today. Her and her associates did not provide advance notice to me or my realtor of the closing date. Highly unprofessional and poor attitude. I would not recommend her to represent my worst enemy.
