I cannot recommend NWCL enough. When I decided to start my small business I wanted to find a local attorney (support small business!). I did a lot of research and kept coming back to NWCL. Their reviews were solid and something just felt right. I scheduled a consultation with Ramsey Chamie and within about 5 minutes of talking to him, I knew I found my guy. The process of starting and buying a small business can be a stressful, scary, and overwhelming task. Having an attorney who is calm, confident, funny, humble, intelligent, kind, knowledgable, well spoken and just an overall good person makes all the difference in the world. Ramsey went above and beyond any and all expectations I had for this process and for what an attorney is. I really don't know how I would have navigated this experience without him. I know who I will be using for any future business transactions.
I've had the pleasure of speaking with Josh Sauter, their marketing director, a few times and while our conversations were brief, he was just a happy positive guy that gave nothing but good vibes. I consulted Jason over the period of two days while I was in the process of settling my personal injury claim for a car accident. Even from my brief dealing with him, it is clear to me he is a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney who takes excellent care of his clients. Most attorneys wouldn't even speak to me because my claim was not large enough to warrant their attention. Jason not only listened patiently and without interrupting, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. My husband and I hired Jason after my husband was in a bad car accident. Jason was fantastic through the long process of getting my husband the proper compensation for his current and future losses, he was educated and seemed to genuinely have my husbands and my best interest at heart. He was always more than willing to answer any and all questions and he made sure that we understood what was happening throughout the case. He was willing to make any necessary accommodations to help ease my husbands discomfort and he would also check in to see how my husband was doing. Throughout the process of the lawsuit Jason was always professional and polite and kept us informed of what was going on with the case. Before we met Richard, we had nothing in order -- a very very outdated will (somewhere) that didn't reflect a single aspect of our current life, kids, home, investment property, business etc. After meeting Richard, we have peace of mind! We have a living trust, will, designated guardian for our daughter, person to make medical decisions if we can't, signed docs giving us power to make medical decisions for each other, on and on. We have an enormous binder with all these documents including extremely detailed and helpful information for our next of kin and executor, should something happen to us. Richard and his team make this very straight forward and easy. They kept stressing that we can call any time with questions (no charge) and in 3 years we'll sit for a review of it all (free). This was painless.

I had an issue with my landlord regarding the term of my lease- landlord insisted it was for 1 year fixed term, I thought I had signed a month to month agreement. They said I would be responsible for the remaining rent of the lease, over $5k. After reading some great reviews about Dan, I reached out and he responded within an hour. He got me in for a consultation the next day where he looked over my contact and let me know I had a great chance of getting out of the lease without having to pay any penalty. He suggested that a letter to the landlord detailing why I am not responsible for the confusion or the remaining rent payments would be the best course of action. Through further research, he was also able to determine some particular factors in my situation that have me leverage and alluded to those in the letter. He even put in a demand for reimbursement of my legal fees! The landlord called me back the next day and apologized saying that they would sign the mutual release he drafted and the matter was finished within just a few days! Start to finish, Dan was extremely professional. He followed up promptly, laid out his fees clearly, and even credited the consultation cost toward that of writing the letter. His pricing was extremely reasonable, but I won't end up paying for it because Dan had the savvy to pass it off to my landlord! I cannot recommend Dan highly enough if you are in a tough legal situation- especially in a tenant/landlord disagreement.
