Jodi F. bouer was appointed as the honorable to rule out a case regarding a restraining order against my girlfriends abusive mother. This judge was extremely rude, and immediately it already seemed like she had an attitude from the last case because she made us wait for her to calm down from the prior case although at this point it we already waited 6 hours to be seen. Regardless, we went in I told her my statement that we were being threatened harassed and STALKED at my house and job by my girlfriend’s mother (who already has a long record…) to which she asked girlfriend as “friend” or “dating”, seemed unprofessional she also followed it by how long have you’ve been dating which was longer than she has been a judge but anyhow, dismissed the tro to save the defendant her state job and claimed she knows how this generation is. Jodi may have been a good insurance lawyer but as a judge or “honorable”… super unprofessional. Jodi has been a judge for a year and has 9 more years to go. If you are appointed this judge, save yourself your time/money go to the 2nd floor and request somebody else.

Jodi came to our rescue when we felt completely defeated. Her knowledge of special needs clients and her expertise in working with our health insurance helped our family when we needed it most. We were drowning in paperwork from our insurance company & getting nowhere after multiple appeals and hours upon hours of phone calls.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jodi Bouer to any family who is having difficulty getting therapy for their child. There's nothing worse then sitting back and feeling helpless when you know your child needs therapy, you're paying into insurance and getting nothing in return. We won the "Final" Arbitration, they appealed to the courts, we won the case, they appealed toa higher court and we won that case. Hillary has been our lawyer for several years and has recently helped get our daughter into an out of district placement. She has an immense amount of knowledge regarding special education law and truly wanted what was best for our daughter. Hillary explained complicated attorney jargon in layman's terms so that we were always aware of what was happening. When I was looking for a lawyer for a very tough divorce settlement, a friend recommended Ms. Seema Singh to me and said that go to her because she knows her job very well. I went to her and explained my situation and also mentioned that my husband had a very good lawyer. From the beginning, I saw that nothing fazed her. She was very compassionate towards me because I was the suffering party and went all out to get me a settlement that I needed. She researched to quote previous cases where my kind of situations had won cases and went on hard to make sure I got my dues. THAT IS THE KIND OF ATTORNEY YOU WANT ON YOUR SIDE WHO STANDS STRONG IN FIGHTING YOUR CASE. She got me more than I thought I would not just financially but otherwise too and constantly communicated with me the entire time. I feel that when we are fighting a case, we are nervous, unsure and we NEED our lawyer to have the experience, the vision and the mindset to help. Ms. Seema has all of it. My parents hired her for an eviction case. It was a simple eviction but she wouldn’t make enough money off of that so she messed up a simple court hearing so now they have to go to trial. Her first words after every sitting is send me my money right away.

If you like to be penny pinched and ruin your relationships with others.. you are welcome to use her services. When asked to transfer the escrow amount back to my bank account after a home sale - please see her response below.. remember this is my money she was holding in escrow and she wants to charge me to give me back my own money - who in this day and age will talk like this? Isn't there anything called customer service and keeping clients happy? The home buyer (her client) called and apologized for the Lawyer's (Seema Singh) rude attitude.
"You will have to pay for the wire transfer costs plus my time to go to the bank to send the wire. Let me know if you are willing to do so then I will deduct that amount from monies owed to you. I will also be required to go to the bank to sign the wire since they require me to go and sign it in person."

Have to agree with prior review. What he says and what he does are entirely different. He billed me four times what he said and his poor representation and "mis"representation cost me many times more that.Of course, blame is passed onto everyone else. Even the judge said his fees were out of line

Ron only cares about running up his billable time. In my case he even missed a deadline for interrogs. And he arrogantly justified this by saying that he will do far more damage to the oppossing party with depositions. IOW, pay Ron to depose the oppossing parties instead of getting low cost results that don't require depositions? This is nonsense!
