Bill Wofford has been our legal counsel from Hutchison Law Group for a while. He appears to be personal and knowledgeable sometimes. He was not transparent to us when he was dealing with issues. The “only secretary of the office” as she said herself is extremely rude and dismissive. She told me because of their workload the office will only respond via letters no information on the phone. When i asked the lady her name she tells me she doesn’t have to give me that information and that she is the only secretary of the office. I told her how can she be employed in an office and speak to customers in such a tone yet not want to state her name? When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said it was Allen Dubois but he was not there. I told her I will be making a complaint on her attitude and she hung up on me. Someone needs to fire this lady because why are you even employed if you don’t want to give your name or any information to the community seeking assistance from your office?

We consulted Mr. Alexander on the matter of a Special Needs Trust for adult son as well as all matters involved in planning our estate. Our initial conversation, because of COVID restrictions, took place over ZOOM. In spite of the "impersonal" nature of interaction, we felt very comfortable with Mr. Alexander's recommendations, explanations and advice.
Our situation is not extraordinary; many middle-aged parents have adult children who require a Special Needs Trust. Mr. Alexander and his staff made us feel that our situation was deserving of personal attention. Through every step of the process, we have felt that our needs, input and our son's situation were being taken into consideration by every staff member we encountered.
In circumstances such as ours, our son's interests are a priority. It is always a concern, when meeting someone new, whether he will feel comfortable and relaxed, especially if there will be a prolonged interaction. Mr. Alexander and his staff provided us with a very easy atmosphere in which, in spite of the importance of the proceedings, there was no tension that could cause our son any discomfort. The demeanor of everyone in the office is professional and kind, respectful and welcoming.
The documents prepared for us were very thorough and, in spite of the legal language required, were easy to understand because Mr. Alexander and Ms. Truelove made sure that every question we might raise was answered clearly and concisely.
We are very, very happy with our experience. We highly recommend W.G. Alexander and Associates. They made what had seemed a rather ponderous item from our "task list" so very easy! We are very grateful for the wonderful service and excellent guidance we received, and for the fantastic environment in which we conducted our business because it helped our son greatly to be surrounded by kind, compassionate, knowledgeable professionals who work with accuracy and expediency to make things easier for all of us.

I can highly recommend Attorney Alexander. He prepared my mother’s estate planning and health care documents and explained effect of each. Little did we know that she would pass two years later. He handled death and trust related filings and made it easy during a very difficult time of grief . We also used him to create our own trusts and wills etc and family trust . His fees are reasonable and service complete. Digital and hard copies and binder with instructions are also provided. I have made several referrals to friends and neighbors who too have been very satisfied.

TL; DR: Sierra La Gala and the Triangle Law Group did good by me. In fact, they surpassed my expectations and I cannot recommend them more highly.
The longer story:
A few months ago when dealing with an unethical local business (that shall remain unnamed for now), I contacted a lawyer I had hired years ago to see if he could help me now. He was no longer practicing that type of law, but he did refer me to the Triangle Law Group. About a month ago, it became obvious that I really did need some good legal advice to help me make the right decisions with my quandary, and so I filled out the form on the Triangle Law Group website.
I also filled out an online form for a lawyer referral from the NC Bar. I hoped that with the endorsement of Triangle by the lawyer from years ago and the bar association referral, I'd get my best chance at finding someone who could give me good, solid advice.
Triangle Law got back to me within a day and asked if I'd like to schedule a consultation, and I scheduled shortly thereafter--the fee for a 30-minute consult was very reasonable. The intake form was very detailed, which made a good impression on me. It all seemed like a well run organization. Turns out Triangle Law Group is indeed a very well run organization--and more.
Today, I spoke with Sierra La Gala from Triangle, and I can sincerely share that I think this might have been the best value I have ever had with a lawyer for their time.I wound up paying for a full hour of her time, because my case is absurdly (and maddeningly) complicated. Sierra's fee was reasonable, but get this: the bill was less than what I thought it should have been, for starters. I thought I owed more, and I'd have gladly paid more. When does that ever happen with a lawyer? It's rare.
Emily was the epitome of grace and patience with me while I was uploading documents and photos. Meoshia got right back to me this afternoon with a detailed breakdown of my bill, which as I mentioned, was actually less than I thought it was.
So what about the legal advice ?
Sierra had obviously gone over all the documentation I sent in before my consolation, which means she actually spent time on my case that I was not even billed for. And trust me, it was a lot.
Sierra addressed each question I had in plain terms that I easily understood. She is a very skilled communicator--and law can be mind numbingly hard to comprehend. Not even once did I get the impression that she was annoyed at having to explain complicated concepts for me. She is whip smart and genuine.
The lawyer I was referred to by the bar association seemed glib uninterested and maybe even a bit flippant. I never once had the impression he cared at all about what I have been through. My experience with Sierra was the polar opposite: I felt like she genuinely cared. I felt heard, and that is so important when you're facing injustice when it has to do with something as personal as your home, where you live, where you lay your head down.
I cannot adequately express just how much all of that means to me.
Of course, I may not get what I want or should with my particular case, but I feel very confident that Sierra will do her best on my behalf. I've had a decent amount of experience with lawyers, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Triangle Law from my experience thus far. There is something very right going on with this firm. You can trust them.

Neither of us had a good foundation on how to proceed with this bad actor that made a mess of our home and now owes us money. I retained ms farber one time for a charge and everything went smooth as could be....very rea pond I've call ing me back did everything she could to help me..later down the road just so happen to be appointed ms farber I was happy thinking I would get same treatment...I was so very wrong. Worst attitude I have ever encountered with an attournney.very rude. Claims to never have time to talk to me.my freedom is in the hands of a terrible firm I would never wish for anyone to be treated as she has me. I bet if I was a child molester or serial killer or something crazy she would act diffrently. I try to be respectful but that get me nowere. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. I wish I had checked his reviews before making an appointment.
I had a very simple question regarding what form to use and who should file the petition to get my son to immigrate and although Mr Suhr did give me the right form to fill out, the rest of his info was the opposite of what the Instructions were stating. Our meeting lasted less than 10 minutes as my question was so simple. The following day I called to point out the difference between his info and the instructions and was told that since I didn't sign an agreement, they would not help in any way clarify the matter.
I wouldn't mind their poor customer service if they at least had given me the right info.
