Jacqueline was my appointed public defender/attorney by the Superior court of Rancho Cucamonga. I had was charged with violating probation and failure to complete classes , fine , and my outstanding jail time on a previous DUI violation. She actually took the time to go over the details of my case in person and also showed extreme empathy for what I was going through personally .. Jacqueline was able to convey all my positive attributes and actions taken to satisfy my requirements with the court. The Judge reviewed and verified the actions that I took to remedy my outstanding requirements to the court, and ruled my case as fulfilled and completed. I saved approxx 2 k in fines, approx 30 days of weekends jail time, and 2 years probation! I thank you Jacqueline for all your hard work and efforts ! At the capacity of Public Defender, they are commonly referred to as Public Pretenders. With that said, I was apprehensive and did not expect anything except the normal going through the motions for the paycheck. Miss Burgos went above the call of duty and was ready to fight for me all the way to trial. She stuck with my innocence until proven guilty. I was not found guilty nor railroaded with a sham deal. I walked out of the case without a bruise. I would hire her on a heartbeat. She practices law as an experienced top notch lawyer. Extraordinary.

I found Stone Haven law by doing a google search for best immigration attorneys in the Inland Empire. I was a bit pessimistic as I had tried 2 other firms that failed to meet my needs before going into Stone Haven Law's FREE consultation.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was very professional. I worked with Anudeep who was very helpful and knowledgable. After doing some research and speaking to the other attorneys in the firm, I knew they were the ones best fit for my situation and needs. The rates are better and they are more responsive to my situation than other attorneys in the area, really great service.

Anu is a professional who knows everything about BK. Stacey Made us feel like family in the most professional way. She took our case personally and worked extremely Hard on helping with My son's safe return as well as Sole Physical and Legal Custody with No Visitation. It wasn't the easiest case either as we had to involve the Child Abduction Unit and Stacey as well as her Assistant Bonnie went above and Beyond. I mean words can not express my gratitude. The team at Law Office of Justin King went above and beyond with my case.
It was my first big automobile accident while being 6 months pregnant and I was terrified. I called them the same day and they took on my case immediately.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about the Law Offices of Justin King. Attitude starts at the top, & this firm is top tier. They represented me (& yes we won!) for an injury I sustained while riding my motorcycle westbound on the 10. Someone changed lanes without looking, which resulted in a knee injury, a lot of physical therapy, & a totaled motorcycle. I wasn't sure what to do or if this were even something worth pursuing. I found Justin's webpage & sent a quick message to him on a Saturday night then thought nothing of it. My first call from Justin was Sunday morning. I was immediately impressed. After hearing a bit of my story & asking a few questions I was ready to have Justin represent me. My first question was "How much do I need to come up with to get this started? Justin replied, you don't owe anything until we win. Not unless, until. That set the tone of the next 2 years of my life. As your case progresses it'll require work from you & a whole team working to represent you. Staci will call & let you know she's emailing documents that require signatures; Garrett will call to ask for details they need to understand & yes, he will call to remind you that you forgot to sign a document 3 days earlier. These are great people who genuinely care. They will take time to understand your needs & they communicate every step of the way. If you are injured, you need to call Justin & his team right away. You will not be disappointed!

I was involved in my first big automobile accident last year, in Yorba Linda. I was a bit overwhelmed as you can imagine. Friends suggested that I hire an attorney to handle my case and I was not quite sure how to proceed. I was very fortunate when I was referred to Justin King’s office.
I met with Mr. King and found him to be very personable and he listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable and confident that he would help me in getting a fair outcome to my case.
I want to also thank Garrett Tuckerman for all he did in keeping me updated with everything going on with my case and for being there whenever I had any questions or concerns. I also want to mention Leoni Barrera who was always pleasant and supportive when I called.

Let me just say, you get what you pay for! This attorney includes all fees and rates in his RETAINER, I didn't have any surprise charges on my monthly statements. People, if you want a cheap attorney, expect cheap services! Mr. Kenny was worth every penny, he helped me through my Divorce and Child Custody case and I am so pleased! He was a strong voice in court and definitely knows what he's doing. I felt very confident throughout the course of my divorce, and Ladies let me assure you he will stick up for you. After going through a couple of attorneys and thousands of dollars without any resolution, my confidence in the entire legal system was shaken. It became very clear that most attorneys cared more about making money than helping me-the client- get through a very stressful and life-altering event. I was distraught, until a friend told me about Ms. Kahlon, aka "Neelam," whom he retained in the past. After my intitial consultation with Neelham, my confidence in the legal system was restored! She genuinely listened to me and did not trivialize my concerns as other attorneys have done. After I told Neelam my legal issues, she explained to me -in layman's terms- my options and what she can do to help me. I finally felt I had someone on my side! Neelam exceeded my expectations. Hired this lawyer years ago and wouldn't recommend her at all. She was a lawyer from another firm at the time but her services was just not on par and worth the money we paid for her representation. She might be ok with the new firm she's with now but the work she did on our case from a previous law firm was just awful.

Ms. Kahlon was very helpful on my divorce case. She was responsive, attentive and kept me informed every step on the way. I didn't think the end result was going to be favorable for me but in the end I was awarded full custody and minimal alimony. Not many fathers can say that. She is the best.

Mr Pratt would never keep anything i told him as his client to himself. He would phone my ex's attorney and tell him everything i had told him confidentially. I stopped informing Mr Pratt of my business and what i was doing. Mr Pratt did not inform me of a court hearing. In turn I was forced by the court to pay my ex's attorney's fees. Mr Pratt allowed my ex to go into his office and Mr Pratt spoke to my ex on more than one occasion about our court case. Mr Pratt said he would do the quadro for my case. The quadro was so poorly and illegally done that it was refused by my retirement company Cal pers. Mr Pratt gave my ex rights to survivorship. He was legally not entitled to that. Also my ex can not leave my retirement to his girlfriend as Mr Pratt stated in the quadro. Not only did he violate my legal rights regarding the quadro, he told the judge that i would pay for the quadro. I never agreed to this. My ex should pay. I was forced to give him half of my retirement. Even though my ex had a retirement fund that he cashed out and spent. I was not awarded any of my ex's retirement. Mr Pratt knew my retirement was going to be held and cut in half. Cal pers notified Mr Pratt of this 9 months before they notified me. He never informed me of this. I bought a home with my current husband. Because he never informed me we lost our home. Im now homeless. My divorce was filed in the wrong county by my ex. Mr Pratt never informed me of this. In turn i spent 10 years trying to get divorced. My ex is a narcissist. He intentionally kept this divorce going, trying to drain me of any money. Mr Pratt would hound me about whatever my ex wanted. Playboy magazines, alimony, my retirement. We actually had a trial for this divorce. We have No young children. I had very limited money. I was in no way well off. I was a state of California employee. Mr Pratt told me the court case was done. But it was not done. I moved out of the state of California. This was the only break i got dealing with this hellish divorce. The state of California could not do anything because i was no longer under their jurisdiction. Mr Pratt refuses to send me the judgement on the case, even though i have paid him every penny i owe him. Im sorry that i had him as my attorney. He has violated the law and violated my rights. I can not afford another attorney. After 10 years of pure hell i just want my judgement and i never want to deal with him, my ex, or the Riverside Family law court again.
