Mr Hornbeck and his Secretary are down to earth and approachable. I hired Mr Hornbeck to represent me for a moving violation. He was forthright about his fees, the time it would take, and how payment would be received and processed. When it came time to go to trial he exceeded my expectations, fighting hard for me. Don’t think this is a 5 star rating because he won my case. I would still have given him the same even if the judge ruled against me. I would highly recommend Mr Hornbeck, and should I ever need his services again I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him. If you hold a CDL and find yourself needing a lawyer who will fight hard for you, look no further.

Kurt is selfless in his commitment to me as a client. When he is in court you know that you have a professional representing you. He researches every angle and possibility for you and presents you with all of the options. I have never had a more professional and skilled attorney. We were sued by a most litigious and less than honest individual. We hired Mr. Franke on the spot after meeting him. He worked his way thru the mess, advised us in the best manner and avoided a long and costly trial by mediating an equitable settlement.

I know most pf the time you don't see excellent experience in front of a review about an attorney. We for one can make this claim 100%. We had an excellent legal adventure with Mr. Franke. One where he helped us save fees, one where he guided us through the Byzantine legal system and in the end got us an equitable solution to a bad situation.

Could not recommend highly enough. After having children, aquiring new properties and opening a small business, we were overdue on updating our living trust and protecting our business and assets. We sought them out to do this and got quite an education in the process, learning that our previous will was basically worthless and the reasons why. I would never work with this company based on their lack of morals, rude employees, sheer lack of professionalism, and because of their abusive and harassing behaviors. They have been calling my place of employment for over TWO YEARS trying to convince us to sign up for their service. We have politely declined each time, and have now spoken to 4 separate "supervisors" who assured us that we would be placed on their do not call list. To date, I have had Legalmatch employees curse at me, insult me individually, and repeatedly call back (5+ times) after I ended calls where they were behaving abusively. They have even spoken directly with my boss, the attorney, who has said in no uncertain terms that the firm will NEVER work with or take client referrals from them due to their behavior, yet they continue to endlessly call and harass all of us at the office. If anyone from your company is reading this, your employee identifying himself as "Ty Jones" was one of the worst offenders. He used some of the most vulgar language I have ever been on the receiving end of when calling and was a repeated caller as well.

Edit: I'm positive I have the correct company, considering every single representative who has identified where they're calling from has clearly said "LegalMatch" and I have also asked multiple of them to spell out letter for letter both the company name and the company website.

This company is a scam. I am an attorney and I would rather go out of business than work with these people. Once they find your business, they will call your office nonstop pretending to be an attorney who is looking for another attorney to take over their caseload. By the way, their "leads" are garbage. Most of the time, the lead isn't even a real person; it's a made-up scenario to scam you into paying for their referral service. They've never gotten a penny out of me, which I assume is why they won't leave me alone. I've blocked so many numbers, but they always have more. It's gotten so bad I am actually looking to bring a harassment suit against them.
