I highly recommend Tim Sardone for your real estate transactions! We were warned that the schedule to complete our home purchase was very optimistic and that it would be difficult for the title work to be finished in this time frame. Tim not only made sure it was on time…it was early. He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly answered all of our questions. Lazy,has clients writing motions for court,makes you send certified mail because he refuses to answer your phone calls only wants money,lies,looses evidence,never keeps you on the loop makes decisions without talking to you,quits 8 days before jury selection and then says you should of fired me, but if you fire him he still gets paid so that's what he wants to get paid for doing nothing,then you have to settle for one tenth of what you were do because he even refused to amend the claim DO NOT HIRE.

This office is located downtown behind the War Memorial. Parking is rough and sometimes there isn't any at the building itself so you need to locate another lot and walk or park on the street and walk. Not the most convenient but downtown Rochester isn't the most convenient.
