I hired Mr. David Waltrip to handle my case. Mr. Waltrip and his associate Nicole Hahn were helpful, knowledgeable, professional and skillful in their profession. My case was protracted, jury trial, litigation. Mr. Waltrip was compassionate, tenacious, as well as an expert in his arena. I was provided with exceptional service. The communication and attention to detail was extraordinary. Following a positive outcome, the Officer/Bailiff came to Mr. Waltrip complementing his respectful, organized and seamless presentation during the trial which was at a higher level than any he'd seen before. I absolutely have total faith in Mr. Waltrip and Nicole Hahn and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal representation.

I would highly recommend Dave Waltrip and his associate Nicole Hahn. I had a particularly intricate and challenging divorce case recently in which I was very satisfied with the outcome. He was my second attorney after my concerns had not been addressed properly in the beginning of the case with my first attorney. I do believe that without his representation, I would have received a poor outcome overall. Due to his tenacity and skill level, I would recommend him to anyone with a complex divorce case.

I hired David waltrop to represent me to the board of commissions against the nursing board they had given me back my license with restrictions due to an expired license
He told me to be not compliant to the restrictions while he handled it
When it was time to meet in front of the board of the commission stepped while trip was not prepared so he had to pend the court date he pended it a 120 days
During this 120 days the nursing board contacted David waltz of telling them that he was going they were going to take me to court for 9 complaints
Now I'm supposed to run around like a chicken with my head cut off and submit everything months late
When I met with the burden nursing I had no idea I was going to go against them that day we were unprepared we never reviewed and I look like an idiot he never even asked me my side so I could give my point of view
David Walter was in competent when it came to being prepared for my case he was incompetent when telling me to defy a stay order he was incappatient on preparation for the board of nursing went against my license I came out of this with the revoked license unable to practice independently And then he wanted to charge me $35000 for him to ruin my wife he is destitute of me has taken away my education my respect and my livelihood stay away from him run run

Mr. Shaughnessy was unaware of proper procedure in my case and filed motions that were not allowed in my case. Additionally he failed to provide an affirmative defense when appearing in court.

This firm is a scam they are representing my wife and they have had her case for over 10 years and no return calls for any updates on her case. She has to call them for updates and when she does speak to someone they always give her to a voice mail or a lady name Grace and she stated when they answer the phones they are rude and shows no kind of compassion they just say basic stuff like your case is still pending and they will send me to a VM and no one ever calls back she will send Grace emails and leave VM for her to call her and will never will we still waiting to see if she has the correct address so my wife can make sure she gets correspondents she needs to get her settlement till this day she GG has not called nor acknowledged they have the new address. We think this is very disrespectful and unprofessional on this law firm about the rudeness and not following up on her case why does she have to call when they have the case after 10 plus years she has only have had No phone call updated all just by her calling herself and them sending ppwk. This is not professional at all.

Joseph Bante is in a very nice office but he is the most incompetent AWFUL lawyer who will NOT fight for you but will make you think and feel that he is. He is friends with all the lawyers and judges and will screw you over even after you fire him and obtain different counsel.
He stutters and it takes him way too long to compose a thought in his mind. He is not eloquent or articulate; it’s atrocious to hear him speak. He will over bill you and then destroy your chances at whatever it is you’re fighting for.

I used him back in 2019 has a lawyer for a divorce and he failed. He didn’t even fight for me and found out he was good friends with my ex wife’s lawyer. She got the house and the car and cleaned out my bank account. I had to try to fight for myself and it didn’t work. I’ve always was a better person then my ex. She never took care of the kids and I only slept for 5-6 hours a week. And now I’m taking him, my ex wife’s laywer and the judges to federal court. And my new lawyers told me that they let my ex wife lie on her Financials what do you need more money to me but may look like she made hardly anything
