I’ve had the opportunity to work with Branden Burningham and his Law Firm during our Company’s IPO. He was a tremoundous help throughout the entire process, which resulted in our S-1/A becoming effective, FINRA issuing a symbol for our common stock, and becoming DTC eligible.
With his assistance and guidance we have been trading on the OTC Markets alternative trading platform, and he continues to assist us with day-to-day securities questions and our goal of listing on a national exchange.
His billing is very fair for an attorney in his field, and his ability to explain his conclusions and findings has educated, and continues to educate, our Company’s management.

I was in a bad car accident that totaled my car and left me with painful injuries, a hospital stay, and unable to work, walk, or take care of my baby for months.
I was so fortunate to have Jessica working on my case. The motorist that caused the accident was underinsured and my medical bills and lost wages were way more than I could deal with. Jessica made the whole process simple for me. She completely coordinated the settlement process with my medical insurance, my auto insurance, and the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. At one point during my recovery, my doctor's billing service was hassling me about paying right away. Jessica contacted them and asked them to go through her so I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with them.
Jessica kept me informed during every step of the settlement process. She copied me on communications sent out to the various insurance companies and clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision, and what we could expect from each party. I could tell that she had a lot of experience working on personal injury cases like mine.

Absolutely the Awesome Amazing Attorneys on the planet!
Seriously...nothing short of an A+++My financial situation had finally backed me into a corner where the only positive real answer was to call an attorney. It took me days to make that call and when I did it was 4:45pm on a Wed .almost hoping they had gone home for the day a pleasant voice of a woman answered the phone Debra Rasmussen) and connected me to Josh. I was in a situation where I was being pushed out of a family business. I was President and CEO of this company for 20 years, and had taken it from a small company in trouble, to one that was eleven (11!) times bigger and healthier. When the new generation took it over, they purchased my stock. However, they quit paying on the agreed upon monthly sum after only 6 months of taking over--leaving 9 1/2 years owing. They then asked me to leave two years earlier than my employment contract stated in exchange for resumed payments on the stock. However, they had given me no reason to believe that they would actually pay me, due to my past experience.
Mark Carman came highly recommended to me by a friend that had used him with great success in issues with his companies. Mark helped me understand what we needed to accomplish and created a plan to make it happen. He created documents and agreements that were binding but reasonable for all and worked with the opposing attorney to move things along to a positive solution. His skills in negotiation and explaining what is fair and reasonable could not be disputed by the opposing side. When in a room with all involved parties, he had everyone there coming out of the meeting with an understanding of what needed to be done for all to get what they wanted. When a tough line needed to be drawn to get negotiations back on track, he was not afraid to successfully make that move. After all that was done, I was able to come away with peace of mind, knowing that we have an agreement and documents that will ensure my fair treatment going forward. What was even more impressive, it was done in a way that preserved a positive family relationship, which is not always easy in such situations with a family business. This experience with Mark Carman was above my expectations in every way and gave me the best result possible. I would recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

I got caught in a pinch with changes to the State liquor laws that only gave me 12 days to get my application in before the new law went into effect. My business attorney recomended Tanner as he wouldnt have the time to get up to speed on all of the complexities of my situation and the liquor laws. This was probably the best advise he has ever given me. Tanner was able to efficently guide me through the application and licensing process as well as assist the DABC with some legal interpretations of the law that were pertenant in my case. I would not have been granted my license without her!

I worked with Jared over a series months and was extremely impressed by his combination of legal acumen and expertise as well as real world savvy. He took over a case from a previous attorney who had created a significant mess quagmire for him to unpack, organize and then turn around. Apart from bringing my case to a rapid resolution, he did so at a very reasonable cost and with the utmost efficiency. I got served for a credit card that went in to collections from my divorce. I didn't know who to turn to or what to do. It's hard to trust someone when you already are nervous. I spoke to 6 different attorneys before I spoke to Jon. I was shocked at his knowledge and care. I hadn.t heard that from anyone else. He was very thorough in explaining my situation to me and what my options were. But there was something different, he cared. Handling a situation like this can be intimidating and frustrating. Jon made me feel completely comfortable. He was up front about fees and the process and possibilities. He hides nothing, he is honest, and truly cares about the end result for his clients.
It felt amazing to finally find trust in someone that you know will fight for you but gives you the nitty-gritty about it and prepares you for all the possibilities of the end result. He makes sure you have the clear picture of how your situation may end up. There was no guessing or having to wonder. I was able to ask him everything and he was beyond informative and gave me the details honestly. That was a huge help to me, so I knew what to prepare for and expect.
His fees were fair and far below any other attorney I spoke with. He truly should charge more for his services, knowledge, and care. You get way more than you pay for! Fees were the best for what was needed and even after my case was done.... he kept in touch to confirm with me that the end result that was expected, was actually documented with the court. He didn't have to do that, but it was so appreciated that he went the extra mile to assure me. He was there from start to the very end.
Jon is an honest an honest attorney that cares. His fees are beyond fair for the services he provides.
