We called Justin Coquat of Traffic Ticket SA regarding a speeding ticket for our teenage daughter she received in Bulverde, TX. We do not have much experience with traffic ticket lawyers, but we felt comfortable with his firm the first time we called them for help. The front office is friendly and professional. I contacted, consulted and hired Mr. LeGrand for legal issues against a city. Mr. LeGrand immediately made a proposal to the city attorney in which the attorney for the particular city, including any other city leaders, refused to appear in court to prove or dispute any allegations against them. Mr. LeGrand stood firmly on the truth and resolved the matter in a short period of time given the severity of the matters. Mr. Singh is a highly professional, very thorough and compassionate attorney. He helped me throughout my Green Card Journey, from filing my initial I-130, I-485 and I-765 to my I-751. When my EAD card was delayed, he contacted the local congressman and got the ball rolling. Within 7 days I had my EAD card in hand! He is always available to talk to over the phone or in person and gives direct and to the point legal advice. Jennifer Locke did the worst job representing me. There was very little communication with her during the process and when she did contact me she was yelling at me. She told me she couldn’t request items like split costs for extracurricular, life insurance, college funds, etc. She told me I couldn’t request to put in MSA yo have contact with grandparents after death. She pushed me to drop all 2 yrs of back pay and give in to extended visitation. And refused to fight for medical and psych custody, even though my ex hadn’t been in my kids lives for 2 years. It has been 2 years and I have learned from other attorneys what she did was so wrong. She just wanted the money with no work to represent me. She once put me on hold and didn’t realize I could hear her conversation with my ex’s lawyer and she was acting as if they were friends. I was told I would receive an official copy of my decree and I never received it. Only an email copy. Please please stay away.

I wish I could say nice and positive things about Ms.Locke and her paralegal Alisha. My whole experience was waiting for answers, direction and disappointment. Always conflicting and misleading information. I never felt secure in the information I was given and when meditation came it was more of a reunion and when time came to talk about my needs it was "standard" for mom and dad to have this and that rather than looking at the best interest of the child as they kept stating and his special needs. In the end I was not fully happy with what I got and felt as if I was more of a payment check for them and went to the next.
I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this law firm.
