Mr. WIngfield represented my husband in an adversarial proceeding case that was brought against us after we filed bankruptcy. It was a terrifying time for us. We are so thankful for Mr. WIngfield and his professionalism, knowledge of the law, foresight and his care in our case. Our case was a difficult one, one that could have gone either way. Mr. Wingfield was so prepared before trial and thought of every angle the opposing side may take. We were prepared for a 2 day trial. At the end of the first day he made motions to dismiss all 3 charges against us and because for his preparation, understanding of the law and care in our case, the judge threw out all three charges. A friend introduced me to him. He doesn't take clients without an introduction from his close network of past clients normally. He took the time to explain to me what I would be facing. How much time it would take possibly and what were the pitfalls and options. At first he provided free resources to local groups that help small businesses. But at the behest of a mutual friend. He jumped in and spoke with the other attorney. Before we knew it, the issue with the other business was resolved.

In both Telephone consultation as well as Email correspondence, I have found the service to be both knowledgable and precise with subsequent succesful results in 100% of the cases.
Responses to Email and Telephone queries were dealt with the same or next day and written submissions followed very shortly. In cases where Research was required, the necessary response was provided within a week together with an implementation strategy to fit the research conclusions.
The cases that we dealt with involved preparation and application for L 1 A and H1B Visas and Green Cards. We were also very pleased with follow through information on the progress of the Application and responses to RFI's,
In one particular instance the Appeal process to an Immigration decision was also dealt with after researching issues very expeditiously.
