This law firm has accepted my case and after deliberately collecting all of my personal documents, identification, and private information, I was then racially discrimnated against by a gang of Hispanics at this law firm. One of them was their unprofessional outside business partner named, Stephanie Ochoa, who seemed very jealous of my case. She told me that I should probably find another law firm, which made no sense at all. I just found this law firm. Why did she say such a thing to me?! She was asking me my personal business about the luxurious apartments that my daughter lives in and looking all around when she came to meet me in person. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I then decided to offer her a water bottle in hopes to make her not act so jealous.
I felt like she was envious that this law firm accepted my injury case and she was thinking of a way to run me away. She then had me email her all of my private legal information relating to my case to a Yahoo email address. Then I dealt with other racists who are employed by this law firm who've described themselves as an investigator named,
Louie Mateo, and the other named Elijah Ozuna
who said he was my case manager and kept blowing up my phone without ever arranging an appropriate time to speak with me. I spoke with his racist manager, Mina Estrada who was very rude to me over the phone and disrespectful. Who is a very racist and uncaring person who did not care to let me speak one word.
They were all working together in cahoots to convince the attorney to drop my case. If you're an African American DO NOT go to this law firm with your injury case. Go somewhere trustworthy and professional, where you'll be treated with respect and valued as a client.
Despite this being a very tough time in my life, none of these people had any compassion whatsoever.

I was in a serious accident in The Mission District (San Francisco) on my bicycle that involved being hit by a car which resulted in paramedics, a major bone break, a major surgery, a multiple nights hospital stay, hardware being placed in my arm, physical therapy, and a follow up surgery (amongst many other headaches and heartaches). I actually turned to my dad (a lawyer himself) to help me find someone to take on my case in San Francisco. He ultimately linked me to Choulos Choulos & Wyle. Claude Wyle gladly took on my case and, I must say, it was the right choice.
As a San Francisco resident who has predominately commuted and gotten around SF on his bicycle since 2006, it was refreshing to be in the hands of a law firm who are fellow cyclists (both pedal- and motor-) who understand bicyclists' rights in the city and the many hazards that are put in front of cyclists in a city full of potential dangers. I had never been in an accident in all of my 15+ years of bicycling in the city so this was uncharted territory for me. I have spent months trying to understand my rights. I have contacted the EEOC, the ADA, the Job Accommodation Network, the EDD, and the CRD. All of these organizations send me back to one another. None have been able to answer my questions.
Oleg was able to answer questions. He turned a 3 month project, into a 40 min conversation. I recommend contacting Le Clerc law for any questions you have about your rights.
You can reach out to them on their website. Submit a form. They will respond to you. I received a response the same day I submitted my request.

He worked hard to get me a settlement that was a whole lot more than Zurich wanted to give me before I hired Craig Morrison. I had injuries to my neck and shoulder that were caused by operating heavy machinery for thirty years. I also had hearing loss from the loud noises and Craig Morrison got me hearing aids. I will tell everyone I know to call Craig Morrison if they have injuries from work.
