Wail and his staff are unlike any other! From the moment I requested an appointment, Desire was very kind, understanding and with great customer service. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. I had been dealing with a Domestic Violence case that was overlooked by Orange County court house in January. Not only did Wail reopen my case, but also helped me with child custody. Wail and his staff ( Jennifer, Marlene and Alex) are very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. They were all very clear about the process and always answered any questions I had. Mr. Anderson was simply stellar. I had a justified but very challenging Lemon Law case - which scared away most of the other lemon lawyers I spoke with. Thankfully, one of those lawyers referred me to Anderson Law. I guess he has a reputation in the field for being able to win difficult cases. He definitely succeeded where most others were too afraid to even try.
I would describe Mr. Anderson as thorough, precise, highly experienced, knowledgeable, articulate, intentional, intelligent, friendly, and very effective. I took great comfort in knowing that my case was being handled by someone whose expertise is off the charts. It is clear from working with him that his amazing track record is because he is that good, and not because he only takes the easy cases. I hope that I never get another lemon. But if I do, he will be my first phone call.

I would’ve give this firm a Zero Stars, but I can’t. Unfortunately, users are required to give at least one star to post a response. Lawyer stated that I had a case, but couldn’t take the case. Therefore, find a reputable lawyer that will take the case and fight for your rights. This attorney will not .

Anthony settled a case for me in December of 2015 from an unfortunate accident in a retail store and a fair settlement was had. I had been going through a very difficult time in my life for many reasons involving many issues and I am ashamed to admit now I was not an easy client and Anthony could have let me go a few times but his understanding to my personal issues and Anthony having compassion for others was able to get me through the process as we had some difficult issues in my case at times which proved frustrating for both of us but Anthony was professional on all accounts. I first met Maryam in 2013 while she worked diligently on a criminal case for my husband. She had truly been a Godsend to my family. Maryam went above and beyond to thoroughly represent my husband, she went as far as to obtain her notary license so that she could notarized an important document while my husband was incarcerated at MDC, LA. I could call on her and Maryam would be available. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that she was an attorney that actually cared about her clients. Maryam was honest with me and did not sugar-coat the severity of my husbands case. I felt safe and connected to her for her honesty. Tragically, my husband passed away in custody. I had not spoken to Maryam in well over a year (we ended up going with a public defender). I received a very heartfelt text from Maryam giving me her condolences and telling me how much she knew I loved my husband.
A year and half later in 2016, I hired her to represent my minor daughter for a DUI. Again, I cannot tell how much she went above and beyond to represent thoroughly for my family. She works hard, she's honest and she has a heart that truly wants to help her clients and represent them in the best possible way. Maryam took the time to sit and meet with my daughter and offered her ear and help even beyond the court room. My daughter received probation and Maryam did her homework and was able to save me thousands ($25+K) of dollars in a falsified restitution claim. I could never thank Maryam enough for all that she has done for me and my family. My daughter is now off of probation thanks for Maryam. She is on a much better path and is expecting.
I will say that I did not trust attorneys before. Maryam is an attorney that I literally trust with my life. She took the utmost care of my late husband and my daughter. She is very dear to my heart and I love her!

I had found Maryam Sharifi through a common aquantance and I will say I was very lucky to have been able to find a way to her. I had received a DUI charge that was pending as a felony and she did everything she could to save me jail time and bring it down to a misdemeanor. She had spoken with me dad and many occasions and went out of her way to keep him informed as well and she really got to know us had a genuine concern for my well being. She found a traffic school for me and made sure I kept up with any and all court assigned classes to make sure I got out of this okay. For a very long time I had a huge worry of going to jail and having to drop out of school and all that come with that; and Maryam has helped physically as well as mentally with all of that and I couldn't thank her enough. I highly recommend Maryam Sharifi if you have any kind of issues like I did.

I sought guidance on how to proceed on my own behalf. Ms. Reynolds understood how much time would be needed to advise me and sent a list of documents I needed to provide in advance of our 1.5 hour consultation. Mr. Nabi is an attorney that operates with integrity, compassion, and diligence. My husband and I retained another lawyer who we later found out was involved in accusations of fraud and was suspended. Mr. Nabi took our case as a collegial favor to the first lawyer, and did not charge us for his service. We were suspiciously cautious, but the only other choice we had was to shell out another $2500.00! After we began to work with Mr. Nabi, it became obvious that he was truly committed to helping us resolve our bankruptcy issue. He discovered an error in the calculation of our actual eligibility for a bankruptcy and began to help us understand why we would have to wait to file. He helped us figure out where to complete the online classes that are required, and prepared us for the next steps in the process. Once all the paperwork was re-typed and submitted, Mr. Nabi communicated with us regularly and attended the meeting of creditors with us. Ultimately, as he had assured us, we were able to get the debts discharged and start fresh. Almost a year after the bankruptcy, I received a notice from a creditor that claimed I was party to a debt with my daughter. I contacted Mr. Nabi and he handled the situation by contacting the creditor. Within two days, my name was removed and I received a release from the creditor acknowledging their error, even though I had tried to tell them that! My daughter’s case had been filed over a year before we met him by another attorney, yet Mr. Nabi was graciously willing to answer my questions about what she could do two years after discharge. He offered some suggestions and she has moved forward as well. Mr. Nabi has my highest recommendation as a bankruptcy attorney. He will certainly go the distance to help you through this difficult time in your life journey.

Matt worked with us to on-board a seasoned executive to our software team. Our contractor agreement templates were too aggressive and scaring away experienced prospects. Matt not only edited our templates but also helped with negotiations, identifying and clearly explaining potentially volatile clauses, and was able to facilitate getting an agreement signed.

We shopped around and spoke with 6 other attorneys before finding Richard Thomas Collins. We knew he was "the one" when he took time to listen to every aspect of our case and even advised us for awhile, before we officially hired him. And then when we did sign on with him, he tried to be reasonable about the fee and not charge more than necessary. His attitude was to see how things go and maybe he wouldn't need to charge more.
Other attorneys wouldn't even talk beyond 10 minutes or so without demanding a retainer fee.
Richard Collins remained realistic and careful not to promise positive results that might not happen, but at the same time, he was thorough and quoted actual penal codes that pertained to our case. He did his homework and made sure the details were correct. The letters he wrote on our behalf were so outstanding and accurate that it helped us get through rough days and cheered us up to read them!
It appears that the outcome of the case is exactly what we had hoped for, and we attribute that result to Richard Collins' expertise and knowledge, for our type of case.
He was completely professional yet sensitive to what we were going through as real people with feelings.
His manner is so pleasant and reassuring.
He was always good to return calls and kept us informed.
Having worked with other attorneys on other unrelated issues in the past, we wish we had known about him sooner!
