I had an issue with my Landlord over a pipe burst in my apartment while I was away for work. They didn't clean it correctly and my belonging sat in water for a week causing damage to prized possessions. The problem persisted and mold spread. Thanks to Gerald I was compensated for my damaged items, as well as relocated while they properly fixed the pipes and mold situation. As a new CFO with an alcoholic business partner, I sought legal protection for myself and the company. An attorney recommended the drafting of a shareholders agreement. Not specializing in them herself, she referred me to Kurtis Urien.
Without knowing anything about shareholders agreements, I was hesitant to approach the subject at first. However, Kurtis soon put me right at ease. All of my questions/requests were answered in a polite and timely manner, whether by phone or email. Additionally, Mr. Urien made the legal jargon simple to understand and offered helpful explanations/advice whenever asked.

Le Pelletier...oh how I love their style of things. I believe they are Psychologists with a suitcase and a powersuit. Like their powersuit, everything they do is custom-tailored and form fitting to the client's emotional spec along with his/her long term sense of safety. Le Pelletier is a safe place...or safehouse. They are your advocates.
Just think for a moment. Society is like a playground, you are being legally picked on. Le Pelletier is that older kid that comes and defends you and backs you up.
Joseph Le Runs the Santa Ana office and is a very helpful person and took initiative to send help my way when I didn't ask. I like that kind gesture a great deal. I had an issue where I called his office for help. He sent his partner, Erin Pelletier, in since she's more local. On day of, he surprised me by showing up. He drove over 400miles just to support the case. Joseph Le is like a superhero or a good older brother I've always wish I had. Saying he'll go that extra mile for you isn't really fitting-- I say he'll go an extra 500miles.

I was extremely worried that my life was about to unravel with my legal situation. Gary was extremely patient and answered every question I had before we moved forward on the case. Hiring him was the best thing I have done this year. His 35 years of experience definitely showed. With what seemed like a difficult case he almost made it seem like a joke with how easy he made it look. The reason I gave 5 stars as opposed to 4 though is because he charged me a very fair reasonable rate. If I didn't team up with Gary on this I would have paid much much more out of pocket.

Further, Roper regards himself unequivocally as the champion of his client. Thanks to that, and thanks to his energetic defense od my cases, he was able to achieve for me out-of-court settlements that were favorable even in cases where the expected outcome was objectively quite unfavorable.
Paul Roper is trustworthy without reservation. I had a very complex IRS Tax problem of my own creation. Sylvia went line by line through the issues. She presented evidence to support my actions to a youthful and overly zealous IRS Auditor. The settlement that she negotiated was fair. Sylvia also presented sufficient information to the IRS Auditor's Supervisor to get the quite sizeable 20% Tax Penalty waived.
