I was refered to Emanuel by another attorney to handle my accident claim and i couldnt be happier. He handled my case with the utmost care. I would NOT recommend this law office. They basically charge you thousands of dollars to just submit the immigration application and do NOT speak to clients in a respectful manner. They will also want more money if you ask them to follow-up on the status of your application. SUBMIT THE APPLICATION YOURSELF AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

This firm is incredibly disappointing. I hired them to handle my teenage daughter’s automotive accident case, and the results were underwhelming. Despite her injuries, missed school, and my own missed work, they secured only the bare minimum—less than $2,000—for her as a passenger in the vehicle. It took them months to even communicate this outcome. Then, just two days before Christmas, I received a text stating there was less than $250 left from her claim. Weeks later, that $250 still hasn’t arrived. Wire transfers are typically instant, yet we’re still waiting. Unfortunately, this experience reinforces the stereotype that lawyers prioritize their interests over their clients. It’s disheartening but not surprising.

He was my lawyer for a complex custody case. This was my second time in litigation for the same case. During this second time around, I interviewed 3 different lawyers and chose Chris and I'm very glad that I did. He practices in Maryland and Virginia which is rare, and something that I needed for my case.
He took an extensive amount of time for the consultation to truly understand the issues that I was experiencing and why I needed representation. He listened to me throughout the process and didn't do things without consulting with me first and never pressured me into doing things. He gave me the pros and cons of different options so I could make the best decision and tried to save me money wherever he could. He told me the whole truth of the situation without making guarantees never just telling me what I wanted to hear to try to get me to do things to make him more money. He also always stood up for me and continued to advocate for me when the other side was being unreasonable.
He was a breath of fresh air especially compared to my first lawyer. For multiple reasons including the pandemic the case got dragged out for over 2 years but I'm glad that I had Chris on my side. He is ethical, reasonable, and if he is not familiar with something he takes his time to research so he is always prepared. The amount of effort he took to prepare for my case far exceeded what the other side's council put in which I think had a big impact of the results. I'm going to continue to use him for other areas of law if I ever need assistance and I've already referred people to him for their own situations.

This is my second time in the court system for the same divorce. Mr Wampler is 100% the opposite of the lawyer I hired the first go-around. I hired him after consulting with a couple different divorce lawyers. He, again, was the only one to really listen and comprehend my situation. In just the consultation alone he offered a solution and told me how he would be able to help me. I have never once felt as though his intent is to waste my money or time. He wants what is best for my son and I the same way that I do. If I ever need an attorney for anything else, I will hire him again. Do yourself a favor and get him on your team.

Mi experiencia aquí no fue buena la paralegal Jose Maria fue muy profesional y amable pero lamentablemente de parte de la administración la señora Celsa, cuando firme contrato aclare que no quería cargos a mi tarjeta y que yo iría a pagar siempre mis cuotas lo cual me cargo casi $1,000 a mi cuenta lo cual llame varias veces por información lo cual ella me evadió muchas veces tuve que ir para que me regresaran el dinero, cada quince días me llamaba para cobrarme lo cual el pago de mis cuotas eran mensuales y cuando ya tuvieron respuesta de mi trámite fue otra disgusto para que me hicieran saber, solo termine la primer parte con ellos y me cambie de abogado lo cual fue una buena decisión.

Mr. English filed a circuit court complaint and won on Summary Judgment before a Judge who is notoriously "pro-state" Judge McGann. Alexander Alexander English is simply a very competent lawyer. OK, maybe the title is overly dramatic. We faced a dispute with the local water/sewer agency over their proposal to build a temporary road on our property and through our woods to service a manhole in the adjacent park. The agency was proposing to use our property for a year without compensating us. Alex helped us navigate the process of proposing a compensation level that could be defended by standard practice and communicating our proposal to the agency. Ultimately, we prevailed -- not by receiving just compensation, but by the agency choosing a different route. We view this as a positive outcome and it would not have been possible without Alex.

I was going to sell my company for an offer that was nearly impossible to refuse. This sale would have changed my life for the better, but I would have given up my intellectual property and gotten a job within the new company.
Alex looked over the documents with a critical eye and consulted a colleague as well. He did a complete assessment. The terms were vague and I would not have had any security or legal recourse. He recommended against signing off on the sale. I declined to sell the company.
I later found out that the buyer had no intention of keeping me on. I would have lost every thing. To this day, I am grateful to Alex for helping me make the right decision. Thanks!
