Worst lawyer ever. Hard to get in contact with him and his office. He didn’t show up for a couple court appearances nor person that suppose to fill in for him didn’t even show up. When he did showed up, he wasn’t prepared at all and asking my questions to relay to the judge. I found out later on for another court date that I attended virtually. He filed that I didn’t showed up. He’s a total waste of money. Save your time and money and look for another attorney to represent you because you’re going to be highly disappointed with the service you don’t get.

They scheduled me a consultation two weeks ago. I arrived and waited 15 mins before going to the receptionist desk, only to be told that he is available. I had to ask if he had a paralegal to take my information for the case. Met with the paralegal, only to be given short handed answers and prices. Save your time and go somewhere else

Bad service this is terrible I’ve been calling for 4 months now no call back the owner even reached out did nothing I believe this is a scam and the people that are writing these reviews are people before they actually even get there case work but when I first call them they wanted me to write a review right after talking to them for the first time don’t trust this company this is very unprofessional and I have dealt with a lot of law firms and have never experienced anything like this avoid at all cost

Denny completely destroys the stereotype of the sleazy lawyer. Kind, patient, and oh so honest, he is outstanding in every way possible. We saw him for our estate trust. He told us right up front the cost, and how we would proceed. And then we did. No “hidden charges”, nothing he forgot to tell us, everything has gone exactly as he described. We have been so impressed with Denny, that we have recommended him to several of my friends, and they all praise him much as I have done in this review. The only problem with Denny is that he is not my next door neighbor! If he can’t be your neighbor either, at least be sure he is your attorney. You will never regret it.

I called Attorney Fraser as the first step toward hiring an attorney for a legal need. He asked questions, considered my need and rendered an honest opinion that he is not the attorney that I need. Fair enough. But, then he went on to share twenty minutes of his. valuable time to help me sort through the issue, recommend other attorneys and professionals who could serve me and to help me with other pertinent considerations. It was a great conversation--helpful and considerate.
I can't use him for my immediate issue, but he can be sure that he will be the first I call for future legal counsel. I would have great confidence in working with him in the future.

The best way to add to these superb (and accurate) reviews is by saying that Ross was originally hesitant to take my case against the major medical presence in our county as they have a stranglehold on everything. I highly recommend Mr. Mcleod. It is sad and disturbing how insurance company's treat you when a family member passes away. My 4 year son was left a life insurance policy by his loving, generous Uncle and the insurance company did all they could not to give my son what belonged to him without making us spend a large sum to get it. After going to another lawyer who said basically I need to pay the money to get my son his, I found Mr. Mcleod who immediately said that's not right. Needless to say I will be going to Mr. Mcleod for all my Lawyer needs as long as he is in business!!!

Tyler McLeod is excellent! I live in the Midwest but he was able to help my family navigate an unusual situation in South Carolina involving both a contentious property contract of sale and the death of one of the parties to the contract that would possibly have required probate. I was an out of town visitor in Charleston and had an incident of occur over the weekend. I was very worried and contacted different attorneys in the Charleston area. If you have a WC claim I would not recommend them! Got hurt at my job ended up having joshua as my attorney. Time goes on in my case where I started going to see my own Dr's and what they were telling me was not matching up with what WC dr's were saying cause I no longer trusted the nothing is wrong with you stuff WC dr's try and push on you. If you get that gut feeling to fire your attorney do it sooner rather than later where other attorneys say it is to far in on the case. I spoke to a few other attorney's about my case not at C&C . Which they said did he tell you this did he tell you that I said no did he try and get the video I said no. Which they said he should have told you those thing's . It's like he was more for my employer side than he was actually my side. Simple and plain I do not recommend them PERIOD!!!!!!
