Alex did a presentation at a retirement planning course I attended. I was very impressed with the content of his presentation including and especially his demeanor.
Shortly after we met at his office where I also met Katie and Taylor. All 3 are just awesome and gave me the feeling that my estate planning was as important to them as it was to me.
Alex asked great probing questions, took great notes followed up with my Financial Planner and shortly after I received all of the documents. They were all prepared exactly right and we finished up with a signing in their office.

Tim represented me on a DBA injury case and I would highly recommend his representation to anyone needing counsel and representation on their injury case. I inquired into a few other attorneys representation and decided to go with Tim as he was the most immediately involved from the start and was right there with me throughout the whole process. Tim was always straightforward with me about my case, even when it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. Tim was the hired attorney who represented me during a very contentious time with my son's mother over the details of our child support and time sharing agreement which had to be amended during a career transition 10 years ago. He represented me strongly and I felt that my best interests were always being looked out for. Recently, I consulted Tim again as my son has decided to reside with me for the remainder of his time in high school. Tim gave me excellent advice on how best to achieve this without incurring excessive financial burden. He referred me to a Mediator who was able to help me achieve this goal without officially involving attorneys for this cycle. I highly recommend his counsel as he will give you the best advice even if it doesn't benefit his practice directly.

Extremely Unprofessional Service – Beware
I had a very frustrating experience with The Law Offices of John J. McGlynn III, specifically with the Title Agent, Shelley McGlynn. My ex-wife and I sold a house in Stuart as part of a Final Agreement, and Shelley was assigned as our Title Agent. From the very beginning, she was completely unprofessional , rude and showed no impartiality in handling the situation.
I was told I would receive a specific amount of money from the sale, but when I asked for clarification, Shelley was unable – or unwilling – to explain why this amount was different from what the judge had decided. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown or explanation, but she told me i was 10 minutes late and she couldn't answer. After several attempts to get clear communication, she started to request documentations.
Things took a turn for the worse when she refused to disburse the funds entirely, citing that my ex-wife had claimed I owed her money. Shelley didn’t even attempt to verify this claim or consider the terms of the Final Agreement. Instead, she just took my ex-wife's word as gospel, completely disregarding the judge's decision, which was clearly outlined in the agreement.
If Shelley had bothered to read and follow the Final Agreement and the judge's instructions, she could have handled this situation properly. Instead, her lack of professionalism and failure to perform her duties caused unnecessary delays and confusion. I would not trust this office or this Title Agent with any future transactions, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal or title services.

I came upon the office of John McGlynn by chance in search of a notary public and was in need of an estate attorney and tax preparer at the time and my wife and I decided to use their services, and we are extremely happy with that decision. I had an issue with a contractor who had done some work incorrectly that needed to be repaired. They clearly let me know that they were not financially responsible for the issue. Scott was in contact with the company and helped them see their responsibility. Within a week of his contacting them, I had a check for the repairs. Hi, My name is Kristine.
1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits.
This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer.
Karen and I spoke, we met with Randall and developed a game plan for my overwhelming circumstances. I had "no" idea what I was getting into, but, it was made aware to me right away that I was in the right hands. I am so happy Mr. DeSantis was recommended to me!
Started going through a horrible divorce with a narcissist, ended up with a criminal case that Mr. DeSantis navigated beautifully and got the state to drop the case.
My ex husband hates Mr. DeSantis and I believe that is the best thing in the world. Chris fought for me and my child when I felt like we were being taken advantaged.
I now have full parental custody and over 78% physical custody.
Even now after my cases are closed, Chris still answers the random text question from me.
Christopher DeSantis is a bull dog and I will recommend him time and time again.

Kind of a late review but about eight years ago , I had the opportunity to speak to Thomas Colter while I was a young kid in my early 20s working in a restaurant.
I’ve made a lot of bad mistakes and I was really stupid and I guess I just didn’t really care about the outcome back then. I forgot exactly what it was I did, some thing about falling asleep at a red light with no license, and unfortunately what could have been my second DUI at the time.
After speaking to this man, and telling him my story, a young kid with not much money , he decided to help me for free
I did everything this man told me to do to get my license back in order and I did….this guy proceeded to fight for me and got my charges dropped.
I’ll never forget the care he had, and didn’t see me as just some screwup kid and actually wanted to invest his time into me.
Well, it did take me messing up one more time a few years later in 2018 but ever since then I have had a wake up call.
I cut out every person in my life that wasn’t doing anything positive for me, and I moved far away as I watched all my friends day from afar. I got myself a nice career in the flooring industry, and a beautiful baby daughter I raise myself. I love the life that I live today. I guess I’m just simply here leaving a review to thank you for the care and help poured into me, and it truly has made an impact on my life and how I thought about things in the future. Kind of like every time I know I’m doing something I shouldn’t do I think about this man who still up for me when I was completely wrong because he knew I had a future. Even when I didn’t think I had one.
I also used to go to high school with his daughter, who has always been a pretty amazing person, and from what I could tell a very good friend to others.

Mr. Galante and Abby were very compassionate, patient and helpful in my divorce. They understood my angle of wanting to offer reconciliation first and were willing to try my ideas while offering very sound advice and experience. They answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, with patience and care. They answered when I called or got back to me asap. They also continued to encourage me through the divorce when my ex-wife had rejected reconciliation and they had made the rest of the process smooth and in the best interest of both parties. Update: Take ownership Mike; no excuses! My wife and I had an unfortunate experience with Crary Buchanan regarding the handling of our case. The firm fired my wife as a client simply because I requested to speak to the managing partner Mr. Mike Crary pertaining to the poor communication we received from our attorney Jeff Saunders; he was not attentive and almost impossible to communicate with directly. He misrepresented the case to the defendants which possibly undermined our position. My feeling is this firm loves personal injury cases and smaller paying clients do not receive the attention they deserve as protected by legal standards. I strongly advise against using their services.
