Upon recommendation by a friend, we hired Stewart to prepare an estate plan and all related documents, including a Revocable Living Trust, Durable and General Power of Attorney and Last Will and Testament. My wife and I found Stewart to be knowledgeable, direct, sincere, honest and reliable. We met with him at our home for an initial consultation where he explained the process and gathered our information. We were impressed with his expertise and thoroughness and his ability to explain legal information in terms we could understand. Stewart then drew up all the Draft documents for us to review. After having answered all of our questions and making changes, a Final set of documents was drawn up for signing. Stewart was readily available to us throughout the process. What I initially thought would be a daunting painful process, turned out to be straight forward and simple. I give credit to Stewart for making it so. We also found his rates to be very reasonable.

Weston did an awesome job helping to sort out our property heirship since we had no wills. He provided the necessary affidavit of heirship and Tenncare release form required to establish a property deed for the inherited land. He also assisted with limited power of attorney needed so that I could represent the family. He promptly had all documents registered at the courthouse so we could move forward with a property listing. Weston explained everything involved with the process and was very helpful in guiding me along. I would definitely work with Weston again and he is highly recommended!

I reached out to Mr. Gantte in reference to getting an affidavit that shows my husband as property owner by heirship. The land went from my husband’s grandfather to my husband’s mother. However, neither of them had a will so there was nothing showing the lineage for my husband.
Mr. Gantte explained what he needed to start the process. Once received Mr. Gantte was expeditious in getting the affidavit registered and verified no bills owed to any nursing home.
Mr. Gantte has a good personality, is easy to work with and explains things so that it is easy to understand. I would definitely use him again.

Although most of us never desire to need a lawyer, from time to time in our lives, it becomes necessary. Over the last year, I've needed a lawyer for two different situations that I faced in my life. Luke handled both cases for me. He is extremely competent and professional and also kept me up-to-date on any developments in my cases. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly. Recently, he needed to contact me during my work hours to expedite the conclusion of my case. Because I leave my cell phone in my purse on silent while I'm working, I did not hear his phone calls or see his email message. He called my company to reach me, and then was able to bring my case to an immediate conclusion as a result. I highly recommend Luke Durham.

Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one.
Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very little time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed.
He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My best interests were - and still are - in his heart. This is why he is my attorney, and why he should also be yours.

My family and I live in New England and recently had a relative residing in Tennessee pass away with a small estate and no beneficiary, so we contacted the Tennessee Bar Association and they referred three Probate Lawyers. The second Attorney that we called and the one that we chose was Amanda Jelks. The consultation that we had was extremely informative and covered everything from our options, Tennessee Law, and legal fees. She, as well as her staff, were very professional and made the Small Estate Probate process seem effortless.
I don't normally review products or services, however, Amanda and her staff definitely deserve 5 stars and we would highly recommend this Attorney to anyone.

We were dragged in a false rental dispute. At that time we knew nothing about judiciary system. Mr. Bennett Wills, a good and knowledgeable attorney, took our case and led us to a monumental win.
No one wants to be involved in a court case, but when someone accused us falsely and the financial costs were too high, we needed to fight back. Mr. Bennett guided us in every step of the process, comfort me and gave me the peace of mind in stressful situations. My family stood solid, behind us always as well.
He was prompt in replying emails, charged by quantum of 6 minutes though! He was discrete, sharp and straight forward from the beginning, later in the discovery sessions, and finally in the deliberations in the court. His way of presenting the case may not be theatrical but very effective. At the end we won, a big one!

I am a sole business owner yet registered as an LLC due to contractual reasons. I first went to a different Attorney and was advised that he wasn't sure about filing a chapter 7 because he said that they could take my business. Im a service business with no assets involved. He thought it would be best to file a chapter 13 with the possibility of the monthly payment increasing if I started making more money. I decided to hold off and do some more research and seek other counsel. I was fortunate enough to call Amanda Stofan. Best decision I ever made. Not only was she super down to earth and easy to talk too, She knew her business and she knew it well! 60 days later 70k discharged.....She gave me some great advice as to how to move forward from this point and even recommended some outlets I could use. Anyone thinking of filing any type of bankruptcy....PLEASE call Amanda first. I can't say enough wonderful things about Attorney Michael Kilgore and this law firm. This has been a very draining and emotional wrongful death case, but Michael and this office has made it easier to handle with their professionalism and caring staff.
They were always readily available to answer any emails or phone calls to take care of any questions or matters with my case with promptness. They have had my back through the whole process.
I highly recommend Michael Kilgore if you ever need an Attorney. Hopefully I will never have to go through this again but if I ever do I will be reaching out to this Law Firm.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Attorney Michael Kilgore and his assistant Jillian. My accident was rather unique and this was the first time I've ever needed an attorney for a personal injury case. So, to say I was overwhelmed in the beginning is an understatement but they were there with me every step of the way!
Their follow through from returning emails and phone calls to taking care of matters regarding my case in a timely fashion was impeccable! This was a very rough time for me and I feel very fortunate to have had the two of them by my side. They had my back throughout the entire process and in the end, it all worked out for the best.

The owner of apartments that border my property was negligent in maintaining his trees. The trees posed a danger to my property, including my house. Mr. McClanahan did his homework by having The University of Tennessee extension agent come to my property and assess the danger of the trees. Then, armed with the evidence, sent a letter to the owner of the apartments. I had been requesting that the trees be cut for over six months, but within one week of Mr. McClanahan's action the dangerous trees were cut and removed! Now my yard is safe and I am a fan of the excellent work of Matthew McClanahan!

Jim was referred to me by a friend during a very difficult time in my life. Over the next 3 months, Jim was always just a phone call away, either answered me right away or called me back within 5 minutes. During the process, he helped me understand the laws, provided sound advice on all of my issues. Most importantly, he got shi7 done in a timely fashion and got it done correctly. He's not one of those lawyers interested in stringing you along, creating drama, or digging his heels in on immaterial items just to rack up legal fees - quite the contrary he always looked out for my best interest in the most rational way. But, when needed he brought out the big guns and fought for me and my rights. In addition, throughout it all he kept his humor (keeping me sane) and was very empathetic to my situation. I will use Jim going forward and would recommend him no questions asked to any of my friends who need a lawyer to look out for them. Thank you Jim!

I was on the receiving end of a car wreck back in 2019. Two days later I could hardly walk. I knew I was in trouble physically so I reported my work. At that point it was a worker comp situating. After several doctors appointments and physical therapy sessions I decided to do some homework for an attorney. Jim was recommended to me by my employer’s attorney. I trust my employer to send me to the best attorney. They did. I reached out to Jim and he took my case. He told me on the front end that this case would be difficult due to the reputation of this particular insurance company. He is great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. He’s not afraid to fight in court if it would have come to that. It didn’t because Jim had gathered enough ammunition that they knew they had to settle. I highly recommend Jim. He’s a great person, attorney and friend.

Looking for a divorce lawyer? Then look no further! Don't let his young age fool you! Ryan always had my best interest in mind, and I felt like he charged a fair fee. During my initial consultation, I felt as though he listened to me, and my martial dissolution agreement was drawn up very quickly. At my request, most of my case was able to be handled via e-mail, so I did not have to spend a lot of time on the phone or at his office. When I did go to the office, Ryan and his staff were always smiling and friendly. Because Ryan had all of my paperwork in order for my uncontested divorce, I spent a very minimal amount of time in front of the judge during my hearing. He prepped me for the questions that I would be asked, and I felt very comfortable knowing that he was going to walk me through this process.
