I am a family law and criminal attorney. I know that my minor child would go to foster care if boyh parents die. I wanted to make sure that my son doesn't have such an awful experience. I had Keila draft my estate planning documents for me. What differentiates her from other estate planning attorneys is that she's also an asset protection attorney. For example, most estate planning attorneys would name their client's trust Smith Family Trust. She doesn't do this because it compromises anonymity. Other estate planning attorneys would have their clients open a trust account using their own social. Keila, on the other hand, would get a separate tax id for the trust to protect assets. Overall, I really enjoyed working with her!!

I need to say that this lawyer exceeded my expectations. I am in a very challenging industry-the movie business. I needed a lawyer to organize me legally and set my priorities straight.
Linda Corwin delved right in at my request. She was able to negotiate several of my expiring contracts for way more than I expected. She does her homework too. During the discussions regarding these contracts she was able to argue market share enhancement and several other concepts which led me to get way more favorable contracts.
Interestingly she was able to talk me out of pursuing a couple of litigation possibilities by explaining the weakness and strength of my cases. Then she explained the remoteness of the possibility that I could recover enough to make my time and legal fees worthwhile. Glad she had my best interests at heart.

My brother-in-law recommended Ms. Corwin to me to handle the liquidation of several business partnerships which each had at lease 20 partners. Millions of dollars of equity was at stake.
Honestly several of the other attorneys involved were downright nasty and couldn't converse without shouting. Ms. Corwin handled the meetings, emails, and demands very well. She was able to rise above the craziness and achieve my goals.
I asked her how she could stay focused and above the craziness. She told me that I was her client and she owed me her best efforts. She explained her duty to me included not letting herself get distracted by discussions which wouldn't lead to a productive resolution.
Glad I found her.

Robert Zipser navigated me through a contentious copyright lawsuit brought by an unscrupulous wannabe producer who claimed ownership in a screenplay I'd written after doing nothing with it. Preposterous though the claim was, it threatened my exclusive ownership of an original work dear to my heart, and Robert resolved the issue deftly and economically. I called Mr. Grossman office to update my trust which it was done a few months ago, The previous attorney who did my trust refused to updated after he sent it to me by Fedex before I review it with him first. The Trust was not even in a folder. He also never return my calls.
I recommend Mr. Richard Grossman to everybody who is interested to make a Trust or aWill. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and great personality. In addition, to his. reasonable fee.

We contacted Greg as we needed his expertise on an issue we encountered recently. I was not a client of Greg's and was calling off the cuff. He was more than gracious with his time and provided us with valuable advise. We spoke for quite some time and he informed me of my options and course of action. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It was an absolute pleasure to have called him.
I can tell he really cares about his clients as he spent time to speak with a total stranger in need of advise. If he cares this much about someone that is not a client, I can only imagine what he would do for his clients. Diane gets it! We had a case that required expert knowledge of contract law, construction and legalese. I have been in construction for over 22 years and this was the first time I had ever had to file a lien. Diane was an excellent reference and representation; she assisted in mediation, providing us with positive results. In addition we had a home owner who thought they would use the system by filing an illegitimate complaint with the CSLB; with Diane's excellent knowledge of California construction law we were able to diffuse this unsubstantiated claim. My darling wife of 43 years started a Living Trust with David prior to the COVID outbreak but never completed it. Unfortunately she recently passed away leaving me and my three adult children. I contacted David the day she passed via email to ask what to do. He called me right away from his vacation in Europe. He met with me on Zoom soon after and spent two hours walking me through what was needed and answered all my questions. He created a volume of custom documents which I signed in his office guided by his excellent staff.
The hand holding at that time when I was so emotional was really appreciated. I don't know what I would have done without all of them!

I met with Sunny a few months ago for a consult on a workers compensation case. Sunny immediately made me feel comfortable and very kindly educated me on all of my options to settle a permanent disability case. I hired this man to represent my family in a probate case.
He doesn’t know proper procedures and filing requirements for probate cases and his lack of knowledge dragged our along for almost two years. That wasn’t bad enough, but in January I requested documentation of file closure so I could file taxes and after many follow up emails on my part, he sent tax docs April 19th, the day AFTER taxes were due. I get to wait another year to finish filing taxes.
Do not hire this guy, he made $23,000 for poor quality work.

Had several in house clients. He more managed outside counsel than provided advice to us. He botched a contract in front of our city council and then was asked to resign by city council due to that (and probably other) embarrassing errors.

This firm served default judgment on both of my banks and collected in full from BOTH.....I brought it to their attention to get my refund and they have been rude, nonresponsive and unprofessional. I am keeping a log of all of the contact and effort and still have not been refunded.....filing complaints with Cal state bar , BBB and several networks to leave poor reviews.
