Gretchen was 100 percent on my side from the minute we met! I was wrongfully accused of 2 major felonies and could have been put in prison for a long time! Gretchen went above and beyond what a public defender would ever do! She stayed in contact with my family and friends to keep me updated while I was behind bars! She is awesome and when my charges were dismissed I felt the right of the world was off my shoulders she is excellent lawyer and I appreciate her hard work and I think she should get a medal for what she did for me!

Thomas Cafferty is one the best lawyers in town! My old landlord was suing me for six thousand dollars worth of damages to a rental property that I just simply did not do. My old landlord was being very dishonest about the whole situation. After Thomas figured all of that out he spent countless hours and days going back and forth to the courthouse filing motions and objecting to untruthful evidence that my landlord was trying to bring up at trial. Everyday for five months Thomas fought this case little by little picking away at all the lies My old landlord was trying to tell on me. So when we finally went to court all the evidence that My old landlord submitted was insignificant and irrelevant the jury had no choice but to rule in my favor and informed my old landlord that I did not owe him any money. I am so thankful for this out come and I glad that I hired Thomas to defend me. Thank you Thomas Cafferty I couldn't have won this case without you.

I cannot say enough good things about Jake & how well he took care of my mom during an extremely difficult time. He listened to her & her concerns. He was very thorough explaining & re-explaining everything to myself & my mom answering all of our questions, no matter how silly or repetitive they were.
Jake helped minimize the stress for myself & my sister while caring for our mother & took care of everything needed regarding what was needed from a legal standpoint which allowed us to focus on my mom & her care.
When Jake needed to meet with us, he came to us. He came to our mom while she was in rehab & also in her home.
I would highly recommend Jake & the Team at WDT Law to anyone going through what we went through. Hopefully our family won't ever go through another life changing event like we did last fall. If we do, without hesitation, Jake would be one of the first people my family & I would call!

Had an incredible experience with Williams DeClark Tuschman! I was in a really bad car accident in Ohio where I was rear ended and sustained some pretty bad injuries due to the speed at which I was hit and my vehicle being almost completely stopped. I was afraid that having no insurance at the time I was not going to be protected and have no way to deal with my injuries and going through therapy. My lawyer, Jacob Hamilton took care of me from the moment we spoke all the way through my entire case and helped me not only find the right place to be taken care of thoroughly until I was completely rehabilitated but also kept up with me after the fact and was able to get me the money that I deserved for what I endured!
I would recommend this Law firm to anyone that needs legal assistance. I continue to feel so grateful for the people in this office. They truly care about their clients from start to finish and are so meticulous with their work!

He's great at harassing grieving families and helping criminals exploit the elderly. He's happy to accept money from people other than his actual client so people without standing can harass family members using this person's expertise. He gives advice that can cost you upwards of $14000, but why should he care? He bills by the hour, so whatever happens to vulnerable, elderly clients doesn't matter at all to him. Run. Just run the other way.

Phil is extremely thorough, using layman's terms, in explaining what needs to be done , why it needs to be done, and how it should be done. The service is very friendly and the results excellent.
