Deborah has been my counsel for a number of matters in the energy business. Because of her deep and varied experiences, she has the keen ability to ask the tough questions upfront that get to the core of the matter if the proposed deal would be able to secure financing in the ever changing credit markets. This skill identifies any gaps that need to be filled and avoids wasting time and legal fees if the project were to be ultimately rejected by the credit markets. I have also employed her on engagements where we were the fuel supplier to an entity that we knew were depending on non-recourse project financing. This was done so that we could avoid being locked into a fuel supply that could be cancelled because the project would not be able to secure construction fiancing.

I am very surprised to the Amicus brief that Mr DeBruin and his Circuit Court appointed team put together. His brief supported my argument that the district court in DC rejected. His facts and understanding of the facts was the same facts and conclusion that I placed before the district court in DC but also in front of the Circuit Court in DC.
Mr DeBruin and is Appointed Team has shown that there are some honest lawyer who maybe willing to support a non- lawyer if the Right arguments by that person showing valid merit in there own defense and when the Fed. PD office refuses to back a proper and valid defense which allow his client to be falsely charged.
