Greg dell and his amazing associate vanessa came into my life in June 2019 when my LTD carrier unum decided abruptly to deny my disability claims and further disregarded my doctors objections in terminating coverage when I had substantial orthopedic and vascular issues. After my first denial which I did on my own, I asked friends of mine who were attorneys who should I use in a LTD case. Greg's firm came up, and after speaking to him I knew he was the advocate for me. He quickly started legal proceedings and my claim was immediately reopened. I am a healthcare provider for over 35 years and after serving patients on there path to better health and to subcum to my own health issues it was a godsend to have chosen greg to represent me. They didn’t just see a potential “case”. They were upset with my situation. They wanted to help. Through the years that this whole process takes, I have gotten to know them a bit better, and they have gotten to know me. I now consider them less “my legal team”, and more a part of my extended family, whether they realize it, or like it, or not. I so appreciate their kindness, genuine compassion, and “got my back” attitude. I hope you are never in a situation to need these folks, but if you ever are, I highly recommend talking to them and seeing if it’s a right fit for all.

I have used many different attorneys over the years and German is possibly the best one I've ever retained. Based off my experience, him and his office provides excellent communication. He litigated and won a very difficult civil case for me and throughout those years he always responded to my emails, he always was there to provide insight and listen to my concerns. I'm a small MSP (6 employees, 2 locations, one in Orlando, one in Cleveland), offering infrastructure as a service and some BDR services to my customers. I needed an attorney to review my current contracts, and write up some new ones.
I heard him speak at a Microsoft Partner Summit meeting years ago, and then again at ConnectWise's IT Summit in Orlando in 2010. This guy understands managed service providers like no one else outside of the industry. A lawyer who can talk about HaaS or IaaS? Are you kidding? I could not believe it...until I retained him. He knows what he's doing, in a field where so many others don't. He's the guru of MSP contracts, and i don't make a move without calling him first.
Maybe the best recommendation I could offer you is this: last year I brought him in to speak at a networking group of MSPs in the mid-west, and i'm already getting requests to bring him back. Not an easy group to impress. He did a really good job.

Full disclosure, the attorney you are reading this review about just happens to be my husband. I have consulted with him, effectively hiring him to do anything and everything legal, financial, real estate related and otherwise. This is not a "please consider my husband" testimonial, but rather a synopsis from a former practicing attorney in the field with an objective view as it relates to the kinds of deals Jason Kapit handles.
I know firsthand how difficult real estate transactions can be. Having practiced family law for almost a decade, much of the focus was concentrated around the division of assets, ultimately requiring the household residence to be sold. Having Jason Kapit handle these types of sensitive deals, with not only a keen understanding of real estate but also a legal perspective (contract language, negotiation), especially in the fraud-filled South Florida environment, was a welcomed sigh of relief for clients who were emotionally drained during such an arduous process.

I have recently gone through a divorce. I was in completely in shock this was happening to me. I got blind sided and
Got served divorce papers when my ex wife and I had agreed to just go through mediation so it wouldn't be so expensive. After the shock came down and came to terms I had no choice but to find a lawyer. I spoke to more then 15 lawyers and it was like I was in a vampire movie. Before I could even speak they would interrupt me and start of by giving me priceses and trying to rush me off the phone. When I called Mr Gary I was already scared because of how I was treated by the other lawyers. I was already super agrivatated. The first thing Mr Gary said was please take a breath and tell me what's going on maybe I can help maybe I can't but I will listen. He never interrupted me or cut me off. He just listened. After I broke down and told him everything and what was most important to me my 2 boys. Mr Gary said I know your in pain and I'm really sorry but this is happening. You have 2 choices you can let this break you or make you stronger. That's exactly what i needed to hear, because he was right. Mr Gary held out his hand and picked me up, but it was my job to dust myself off. Mr Gary is honest, straight forward, and doesn't sugar coat anything. He gives you facts and choices and best advice. And what he cares about most and top priority are the children. During the worst part of my life I had to put my life in a strangers hands. I thank God that he put Mr Gary's hands there. Mr Gary is an honorable man and cares about the people not the $$$. Don't get me wrong divorce is so expensive and crazy. Mr Gary uses his head but most of all his heart. And to the people who are going through the same thing I am. first I'm truly sorry I know and feel your pain you are not alone. It's ok to cry. And when your ready when you need that hand call Mr Gary and he will be there. But you have to dust yourself off.
