He e mailed me at 7am this morning, one week later. Issue resolved, faxed copy to my out of State attorney confirmed. Hard copy mailed to me and the out of State attorney. I hired Brendan Gilbert in April 2011 for a speeding ticket and my license was also facing suspension. I emailed several lawyers and Mr. Gilbert responded quickly and his fees were very reasonable. I am executor with life estate. My lawyer asked my siblings to come to his office and sign the deed. They had their own lawyer the 3 of them .When asked they said they did not like the wording TWROS SO THEY changed it I now they can. And proceeded to file the deed ignoring me and my lawyer.My thing is I am the executor I alone have the authority to do a deed out the estate unless they are executor correct? So now advise

If you want an attorney who leaves your file on the end of his desk, and only pays attention to it when there’s a fire - hire Dave Sanchez! Expect to be ignored, to have nothing addressed until the absolute last minute (and then get sub-par work even then!).
