As a lawyer I ALWAYS hate having to be the client. But I know that in most circumstances I am WAY better off hiring a lawyer to handle the situation than trying to do it myself. Working with Tom on my case is absolutely one of those situations. He did an amazing job, kept me informed, and really got us a great resolution on a very pressing matter. You know an attorney is great when other attorneys hire them for their cases. Tom Morelli did an absolutely amazing job for my husband and I on our roof claim. I have heard horror stories about how these cases can drag on for years and you end up settling for pennies to finally get any sort of roof put on. Tom Morelli got us a quick resolution (under a year) and we didn't have to comprimise on the amount to resolve our claim so that we can pay for the new roof and all of the damage caused by a hurricane. It's amazing. Mr. Mashburn doesn't bug you with marketing crap at all. Who wants to be pitched reverse mortgages or something like that? He "hasn't even gone there" and that's the way I like it; and then when you really need him bad, then and only then will he call and give you an informed, street smart, and well-informed briefing of what's going on and what's to come. Lauds to him on all matters legal, especiallly around this town. (You NEED an attorney who knows your town). I am impressed thus far! Smooth sailing in court to all!

Eric Mashburn is a straightforward and knowledgeable attorney. He truly cares about my legal matters, and my dealings with him has always been in a professional and comfortable manner. I've had past attorneys who charge a bundle but I have never met. They will only talk to you on the phone, or have their paralegal or secretary contact you. From day one, I was on a lengthy phone conversation with Eric, and met him in person soon after. That's the type of attorney I want. Someone who is there when you need them, not someone who only there when you need to pay them. I highly recommend Eric for legal services.

Mr. Mashburn took over the case from another lawyer who was non-responsive and apparently was handling things incorrectly. Eric corrected the mistakes from the previous attorney and was able to get a summary administration very quickly. He always responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. His assistant Lynn was very helpful as well.

Unfortunately I wish I had read the reviews before i decided to allow Warren to be my lawyer in my divorce. He was very difficult to understand while using the phone and he often would tell me stories of his experiences as a lawyer and his own personal experiences losing focus on the objective of the conversation. The day before my court case he told me that he did not have a suit. I went silent because I didn’t believe I had heard what he said . I asked him if he spoke to judge about this and he said it was fine . The day of the hearing he arrived late (in a suit ) in which the judge asked him to apologize to me for his late arrival. To make matters worse he also did not bring my evidence necessary for case and had to ask judge for recess to put together whatever items he did have. Neglecting to submit the most important documents that showcase that my ex-husband has a a history of sexual deviance, aggressive behavior ,NPD. Needless to say my two girls were relocated to live with their father and forcing me to have to move out of area the kids were born and raised .
I requested multiple times for him to provide me a copy of the evidence that my ex husband submitted .He still has not provided me with these documents. I was going to let these issues go as I know no monetary benefit will come from this but if this could help just 1 person that is enough for me .
To make matters worse because I was very forgiving for his tardiness and lack of care to my case . He didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up when the final judgement was made on my case .
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! I wish I had seen the reviews before working with him . Unfortunately I found him through my work benefits and did not do my due diligence to do research on him .
