I brought a very complicated case to Mr. Wayne. As unfair as the totality of the circumstance was, Mr. Wayne did a lot of work, and maximized my return. At the end of it all, he negotiated a settlement that minimized the damage that the Court did to my jury verdict, and led to a timely resolution to a long-standing ordeal. Highly recommended.

Concern #1: Do these guys know what they are doing? I was impressed with their structured approach. This made me feel comfortable that nothing would be "missed." Their free video library helped me understand trusts / wills. The videos also showed their knowledge and professionalism. Concern #2: What is their patience for answering questions? Trusts / Wills are new to me and it is easy for my mind to glaze over. This was not their first "rodeo." They answered / anticipated my questions until I felt I had enough understanding. Concern #3: What happens if I have a life changing event or there are issues after I die? They set up a process to deal with these issues. Why did I want to get a trust? I was the personal representative for two estates. Probate is a tedious, expensive and time consuming process. The money I spent to establish my trusts is significantly less than probate costs. In a short period of time I was able to make sure my estate could be settled quickly and easily.

My attorney Chris had show nothing but professionalism but at the same time the pitbull I needed with handling and tackling issues head on while keep a cool calm demeanor in the process since the day I met him over a year ago when he was with the last law firm. We had an estate settled with Mitch. He said "This is a pretty easy case. If I don't have this wrapped up by July then I'm not doing my job." Took him until end of April the following year. Additionally his office did not follow COVID 19 precautions in the height of the pandemic. He would laugh about walking down the hall to the next office to see if his CPA friend could answer a question and finding the CPA on the phone. He used this as a reason to not having defined answers to the legality of a tax question. As an attorney, isn't it your job to know the law? Just a delay and tactic to make more money for himself and his pal. Also annoying, he did NOT have property deeds done correctly as he had been instructed and then said when we went to sign paperwork "I can help you with that too if you want once this is over." All parties simultaneously and unanimously said no. This is just another thing now that we have to do before it can be finished in our minds. At a sensitive time in people's lives Mitch is NOT the guy to use. Estate settlement is more about closure and being able to move forward with the grieving process than it is about the money/materials.

Nate Cockerham was professional through the entire court process. He gave me plenty of good advice and was able to keep me calm during this turbulent time. He represented me extremely well in the court room, in front of the judge. He was able to get me the best possible outcome in my case. I am very grateful to have such an excellent lawyer on my side. My opinion is he's not a very good attorney I had a simple case it was a restraining order we went in the court and you didn't know how to handle it and you certainly didn't get up there and fight for me like you should have you had most of the evidence there but you didn't present any of it don't call back like you're saying you're going to you don't send mail like you said you're going to your office is very dysfunctional yeah I see your other reviews here with women and kids well that's a no-brainer of course the judge is going give judgment I'm really not happy how you handle my case and your lack of responsibility of being a good attorney in responding back to your clients there's no excuse for it you wanted your money up front and you got it so if anybody's out there looking for an attorney I wouldn't hire this guy because he'll do very little I had my way about I want to give you any Star because you certainly don't deserve it I've been more impatient with you but you failed to respond so this is how I'm going to respond if you can't deal with that kind of case I don't see how you can handle any kind of case I don't even think you can handle a parking ticket you are very poor attorney I highly recommend everybody look somewhere else have a good day Paul
