Gary Goldin is a great lawyer. He made sure we understood everything about our law suit. He got us more money than we thought we would receive. If you were injured is an automobile accident. You need to call him, he goes beyond the work he needs to win your case.

Was expecting a big turnout due to my accident but unfortunately the person that hit me back on 10-10 2021. She had no insurance, no license. I thought Mike Morris was a good law firm to get me the most but instead we had to sue my insurance. I was off work for almost a year due to lower back shoulder and neck. Since I opt out of a medical coverage on my insurance, they only seeked out $100,000. Of course they took. They cut left me with almost about $10,000 the day of my hearing. My attorney Mr. Wheatley was on vacation so to me it felt like I got the low in because now I still have $20,000 worth of medical bills and I felt like they could have did more in my eyes. I look at it as my case was pennies to them so I'm just not satisfied with the outcome and the main thing was I wish I didn't get stuck with a medical bill because I did nothing wrong and I wish I never would have got in an accident or had to go through any of this to being debt and to still have somewhat of an injury. So if it's not a big high profile case, I wouldn't recommend using them!! And if they so much care, they took almost 34,000 my insurance through my job received $50,000 And other fees. So I pretty much was left with nothing and a bill and after the case was closed when I called to speak to Mr. Wheatley the only thing he can tell me is to get on a payment arrangement for almost $20,000 worth of medical bills. So if anything you could have fought a little harder to make sure I didn't have no medical bills and I wouldn't feel the way I feel now

Steve communicated with the prosecuting attorney and did an amazing job fighting the false charges alleged by the Michigan State Police officer against me. Steve’s hard work got my PBT Refusal ticket reduced to Impeding Traffic. I strongly recommend that you hire Steve if you are fighting a traffic ticket. Please do your research before hiring an immigration lawyer! We decided to reach out to Taft Law regarding an E2 business visa. We were told during our consultation that it would be around $6-8000. We talked it over and decided to go with them. We had a few more questions about the process in the next following days and we had told them we were going to go through with it and pay a retainer. After the first initial email we got from them me and my wife decided that we were no longer interested in pursuing that visa. Not because of the law firm but we decided that it was too risky of business for us and decided not to proceed. I sent them an email saying I was sorry and no longer wanted to proceed and apologized for wasting there time and that I was going to pay them for there time they had spent on our file. We had a 45 min consultation, a 15 min phone call followed by a 20 minute phone call. We had no idea that every second of each phone call was being billed out at $480/hour. Long story short they charged us $1740 for a Zoom Consultation, 2 phone calls and an email. And they said that price included things that they didn’t charge for as well, as if they were giving us a break at that price. I feel like they threw the charges at us only because we were no longer working with them. They quoted us 6-8k for the visa and they did about 5% of the work and billed us $1740? Something doesn’t add up. Unfair billing practices! I don’t expect them to work for FREE but $1740 for an email, 2 phone calls and a consultation is ridiculous. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere where they are more transparent with their prices. We are out the $1740 but it’s probably best as there quote of 6-8k would probably end up being 10-14k.

There is a representative that I have spoken to by the name of "Janay". She has been the only person that don't take this job as though she is the owner, she is professional and not out of order. Everyone else is rude, no friendliness, knowing they have the upper hand even if you don't work out the arrangement with them or not they are going to still take you to court, their service fee are extremely high. And, especially "Emily". I can see why the owner still keeps her. They maybe trained to respond with that kind of behavior. I hate even having to call that business.

I have extensive experience doing both cross cultural research and business. Without hesitation I would say Craig Aronoff is the most unprofessional individual I have ever conducted business with. The case I brought Craig Aronoff was a case for my 90 year old grandfather who has been in critical condition fighting cancer. After having my grandfather sign a contract with Aronoff & Linnell PLLC I was propositioned by a friend of Craig Aronoff who is substantially older than me. Upon rejection of Craig Aronoff ‘s friend’s proposition, Craig Aronoff passive aggressively attempted to take vengeance on me by completely ignoring all phone calls and emails in my grandfather’s interest. Craig Aronoff‘s choice to not honor a contractual agreement my grandfather signed is reprehensible. However, this accurately represents the character and professional standard that Craig Aronoff and the Aronoff & Linnell PLLC firm uphold. Furthermore, this particular case was a simple collection of a judgement that my grandfather had already been awarded. Craig Aronoff choosing to jeopardize his professional reputation and not honor an agreement over such a straightforward case shows a enormous lack of judgement. Finally, taking advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state shows a lack of character, integrity and class. To add insult to injury, while meeting with a client at a local establishment, him and a group of his middle-aged friends stumbled into the facility completely inebriated. They harassed me with underhanded comments that I completely ignored. Even though their harassing comments pushed me to leave the establishment they escalated their harassment to shouting across the facility as I was departing. I STRONGLY caution anyone from even considering doing business with Craig Aronoff and Aronoff & Linnell PLLC. There are far too many good law firms and good attorneys out there for anyone to even consider even interviewing or meeting with anyone from the Aronoff & Linnell PLLC firm.

I contacted Mr. Arononoff regarding a short sale of my home. He was helpful in talking to me a bit about the process and directed me to the firm's website to download their short sale document package. After completing all documentation, I then sent an e-mail back with the documentation asking to contact me with next steps. 5 days went by without a response so I called a left a voicemail and got no response. I waited another 2 days, called and left a message with the receptionist and got no response.

What a Cannabis Lawyer Can Do for You

A cannabis lawyer specializes in the complex and evolving laws surrounding the cannabis industry. These attorneys assist businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals with legal matters related to the cultivation, distribution, sale, and use of cannabis. They navigate federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance, advise on licensing requirements, help with business formation, and represent clients in legal disputes or criminal charges related to cannabis.

Whether you're starting a cannabis-related business, investing in the industry, or facing legal issues involving cannabis, a cannabis lawyer can provide the legal expertise necessary to protect your interests and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

When Should I Hire a Cannabis Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a cannabis lawyer in the following situations:

  • Business Formation and Licensing: If you're starting a cannabis business, a lawyer can help you choose the appropriate business structure, draft organizational documents, and navigate the complex licensing process required to operate legally.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Cannabis laws vary widely between states and are subject to frequent changes. A lawyer can help you understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including zoning laws, packaging requirements, and testing protocols.
  • Transactional Matters: For buying or selling a cannabis business, merging with another company, or entering into partnerships, a lawyer can draft and review contracts, conduct due diligence, and ensure the transaction complies with all legal requirements.
  • Real Estate Transactions: Leasing or purchasing property for a cannabis business often involves unique legal challenges. A lawyer can negotiate lease terms, ensure zoning compliance, and address landlord-tenant issues specific to the cannabis industry.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: If you're developing proprietary strains, branding, or technology, a lawyer can help protect your intellectual property through trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
  • Employment Law Compliance: Cannabis businesses must comply with employment laws, including hiring practices, workplace safety, and labor regulations. A lawyer can draft employment contracts and advise on compliance.
  • Legal Defense: If you're facing criminal charges related to cannabis possession, cultivation, or distribution, a lawyer can defend your rights and advocate on your behalf in court.
  • Dispute Resolution: For any legal disputes with partners, competitors, or regulatory agencies, a lawyer can represent your interests in negotiations, mediation, or litigation.

Hiring a cannabis lawyer early can help prevent legal issues and ensure that your business operates smoothly within the legal framework.
