I got rear ended while driving to work by a non-US driver who was driving a budget rental car with their insurance. It was a weird situation as the non-US driver wasn’t speaking much English and just gave his rental insurance number. For days together, they did not contact me back or returned my calls. These rental insurance are difficult to deal with. A friend suggested to contact Michael Ely and the way Mr Ely handled my case has been exceptional. I felt very comfortable after Michael took charge of my case. The case went slow but Michael & I were very patient and he had everything under control. He regularly updated me and I was so glad. He was responsive to my emails and always looked at the best interest of his client.

Mr. Loewy assisted my family when my minor son was injured by a broken door at a hotel when we were traveling in Texas. He was up front and very personable. Adam came recommended from a family friend. I was in a life altering car accident and Adam was able to help me through the insurance nightmare. He was able to get me results and quickly. He exhausted all possible outlets to try and get me the most for my pain and suffering.
As a small business owner, I had to take time off of work which was costly to my business. He was a true asset in giving advice on the situation and laid out the possible courses of action. He made my job easy - and took the guess work out of the process. Throughout the process he was easily accessible.
My only gripe is that I wish he explained the steps more clearly as this was my first time going through a traumatic experience that required the services of a lawyer. I highly recommend Ramos and James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury.

I didn't think I'd every need/hire a personal injury attorney, but after my car accident I had too much to deal with and reached out to James and his office for help. They delivered and then some! Joe is more than a lawyer, he's a compassionate lawyer. The insurance company denied liability for my accident. I was released by another attorney and hired Joe. I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity.
The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own. Ive never used him or talked to this neighbor before the incident. Will wrote a letter to this individual and was successful in the removal of the Bad review.

When we started expanding our construction business statewide we were very fortunate to meet Mr. George. I received a speeding ticket after a City of Houston police office misread my speed using an unapproved method of speed detection. Andrew took my case, and immediately went to work trying to convince an aggressive volunteer prosecutor was my ticketing officer was in the wrong. When she refused, Andrew took us to trial, and prosecutor did not get her win that day. When she attempted to waste taxpayer money by taking an unwinnable case to trial for a second time, Andrew worked hard to let her boss know the circumstances, and my ticket was immediately dismissed.
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, zealous, and very competitively priced. But most importantly to me, and important to any person who becomes a criminal defendant, Andrews was in constant communication with me.
