I hired Henry after an attempt to get a fair settlement failed. My circumstances were the collision caused a severe exacerbation of preexisting conditions, so that was the basis of both my own insurance and her insurance company's refusals, despite knowing that I was approved for both short- and long-term disability after the accident.
Henry and Peggy took over and I stepped back and they did their work. I never received anything but warmth and felt as though I was a genuine person to both of them.
The insurance companies resisted, but Henry and Peggy never stopped with their persistence and were able to obtain the maximum payout from both companies. I don't believe that the insurance companies believe that they were in the wrong for their denials, but they had to stop disregarding the doctors, the disability providers, and me.

During our long and painful recovery process from a head injury, Len was the best thing that happened to us. We still talk about "before Len" and "after Len". We have met him more than dozen times and every single time he showed that he really cared for us and wanted to bring us closure. To me, that is the single most important quality needed in a personal injury attorney. He also works very very hard. Our case generated several hundreds of pages of medical records and he was on top of the whole thing. Len's combination of solid expertise, genuine compassion and amazing hard work is very rare to find in any field. It is especially valuable in a personal injury attorney.
Len's team is as good as the man himself! Tiffany and Andrea were simply the best. They were always very compassionate, very thorough in their work and very good to work with.
In summary -- if you are in an unfortunate situation of having to sue someone after an injury, Len and his team will help you find closure.

I cannot say enough about Len Gabbay and his staff. I was the unfortunate victim of an animal attack that really turned all aspects of my life upside down. Mr Gabbay and his team of ultimate professionals worked incredibly hard and revealed an unacceptable standard of safety and security by the animal owner. This in turn led to a judgement that greatly exceded all of my expectations.
I could not imagine a more positive personal experience than I had with Mr Gabbay. Every call, email, and text was answered promptly and with high priority. All staff members... Ariddsa, Tiffany, Donna and last but defintely not least Denise are truly above and beyond and will go to great lengths, as they did for me. After being hit in the rear I turned to Wayne Wright for assistance. They had good reviews online and I knew someone who had had a favorable experience working with them in the past. As long as the case went easily and potential money was quick to come by they were willing to take my case. They told me they could help me get medical care. But when we discovered that the driver at fault had provided false insurance information Wayne Wright didn’t work hard to hold the responsible party accountable. The case manager I was working with, Karla, seemed incompetent. She delayed in responding to phone calls and/or messages. And when she spoke she kept saying um, and had long pauses. Or she wouldn’t answer my questions at all. She sounded like she she didn’t know what she was doing. I complained about the lack of service and response that I was getting and someone named Jeff then called me. He told me what the next steps could be to proceed with my case. I asked him why that was my only option and told him that no one had explained things so I just needed to understand before deciding on what to do. But right there during the same conversation he released from being a client. He didn’t even give me an opportunity to say yes please proceed or no let’s not. He was yelling at me and very rude. Very confrontational. I asked him why he was speaking to me that way and told him I would complain about him to the company. He basically laughed and said the equivalent of ‘go ahead - it won’t change anything.’ He was right. No one did anything. At least not that I know of. Now I’m in pain with a damaged vehicle and paying for everything out of pocket to avoid having my own family’s insurance rates go up. I feel like I was victimized twice - once by the driver who hit me and the second time by the law firm that was supposed to help me. Don’t let this happen to you. Find some other reputable attorney with excellent customer service to help you.

Matthew shrum handle a bunch of my cases I think there was a total of 7 or so a few 2nd degree felonies a couple 3rd and a state jail he originally got me an amazing offer to get all the cases dismissed through a pretrial diversion program unfortunately me and my ex wife wound up not working out and I messed that up anyways Matthew was still the attorney on my case after getting my pretrial diversion revoked he wound up getting me 3 years deferred adjudication In a extremely quick manner there was no going back to court four different times talking about different offers Mr. Shrum just had one conversation with the prosecutor and worked his magic and got me the amazing offer of 3 years deferred probation on one case and the other 6 or so got dropped he never hounded me for money and expressed through out these past 2 years of dealing with my cases that money is not why he does what he does Mr. Shrum is an amazing attorney and even more amazing of a human being he want to do nothing but help people through hard times I'm their life. If you choose any other attorney other than Matthew for your criminal cases you are stupid this man knows what he's doing in that court house and he's definitely someone you want on your team. Mr. Shrum handled my DWI case in San Antonio, TX. My original charge was a DWI with a BAC of 0.15 or higher but he was able to negotiate my case to be deferred adjudicated with some community service and online courses. The results of my case ended with the best possible outcome thanks to Matthew Shrum.
My experience with Mr. Shrum and members of his firm were excellent. They were always available to talk me through things and ease my worries. I highly recommend his services if you ever find yourself in need of them.

I contacted this law firm regarding a dispute with my auto insurance company. On Friday 8/30/24 @ approximately 4:15pm. I called other law firms that probably closed early today due to the upcoming holiday on Monday as they did not answer. This lawfirm had a live representative that was not an answering service that actually answered, took my info/ reason for calling and sought assistance from their legal team to see if they would be able to assist me. Unfortunately they were not able to assist me but the representative was able to direct me to another law firm that might be able to assist me.
This is so uncommon these days but I greatly appreciate it.
