I already wrote a review but I forgot to add how fast and professional in handling my car accident. They got me more money than I expected!! During the years I needed Mr. Phillip Chalker expertise on three separate occasions. First, with a tenant that refused to leave the property. Secondly, was with a contract release of a shady management company. Finally, a mutual lease break with multi-tenants. Erin represented me when I was charged with DUI this year. After reviewing my case, Erin found that my rights were violated in several ways and was able to get all of my charges dropped. Erin is a rock star! She helped us with our traffic cases and was our advocate with the MVA. She's like a firecracker - small, but packs a big punch! And don't let her age fool you - she knows her stuff when it comes to traffic cases or anything with the MVA. Just be sure to call her FIRST before you do anything with the court or MVA (we learned the hard way!). Erin was always responsive and talked to you in a way where you could understand the law. It was so refreshing to have an attorney with integrity and compassion. She really cared about us! Hands down, I would recommend her to everyone and would use her again (hopefully won't need to!)

I met Judson when he was the president of the Northern Maryland Chapter of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving. I am glad I met him at MADD. He is a plaintiff's attorney for those who are injured by drunk drivers in DUI and DWI cases. Just months after I met him, I was in a car crash with a drunk driver and suffered whiplash and herniated discs.

My ex employer has been harassing me on social media, through the horse community, and the court system. They had filed a fraudulent peace order against me and appealed the decision. The resulted in me having to go to court. I called jay, met him that day and the next thing I was on his caseload.
