I had a life altering accident, I interviewed many attorneys and ended up with the firm of Kiesel law. The staff has been amazing, my trial ended in November of 2019 and they are still hard at work for me today, as a matter of fact I spoke to Bryan yesterday about aspects of my trial that I never thought would be a part of this process. Bryan told me after the trial had ended "I will be working on this until you are completely satisfied" I have to say, he has exceeded my expectations and is still working on the fine details of my case.
I met Bryan first of the team and he was my point of contact leading up to the trial, I cannot thank Bryan enough for the countless hours working on my case, I know for a fact he had many nights away from his family, working on my case.
Bryan, the whole end of the trial was kind of a blur to me, I'm not sure if I properly thanked you for everything you have done for me and my family. I'm sure the outcome of my trial wouldn't have been as favorable without you. I know Mr. Bernard is working hard on my case-as I was amazingly impressed by his hands on approach, rite when I asked for his representation. When I asked if he would be interested in handling my case, he was already deeply involved in the particulars upon this case, which is based upon my rite to privacy, in that it being grossly in violation to be filming me without my knowleedge-then actually putting me on a cable television show, again, without my knowledge! (Nor, a waiver to be filmed, or any pay whatsoever!) Incredible as it may sound, Kirk Bernard saw rite away the way to restore my dignity, and my basic American rites as a human being. I've yet to hear what this person filming me has to say, and what his accountant has to say to Kirk and I about this overlooked "detail" of this flagrant violation of my rites, actually televised on syndicated cable television!

I’m going to be extremely honest if you want your credit messed up due to a collection then this place is for you ….. luckily I know how to remove things off my credit , ALSO IF You’re looking to do ALL THE TALKING on your hearing date then this is for you …I didn’t like how I wasn’t really represented until the end , I thought the point of having a lawyer is for them to talk for you and then you back yourself up but no you LITERALLY DO ALLLLL THE TALKING until the very very end . But I must say Letty my attorney was GREAT! Absolutely great I give allllllllllllll the credit to her …. If I can give one person 5 stars I would but because I am not happy 1 star this company is getting from me …. I won my case $1,200 was the fee … I had a balance of $6,240 on my Edd account & when they took their fees out which is $1,200 my balance was $5,040 do the math what’s 6,240 minus 1,200 ? 5,040 ! Now they’re telling me they never received payment which is wild to me because where did the $1,200 go ? I certified after I seen the $1,200 out so I wouldn’t touch it til after now I’m owing …. I would not advise anyone to go to this company . RUN NOT WALK RUN…………. And perishing law firm I do not need you responding to my review I don’t care what you have to say I do not believe any of it you guys are trying to charge me twice and I don’t like that……

Well, let me be honest and tell you my experience with Persian Square law firm I contacted them this year. They charge me a certain amount to represent me. They said I wouldn’t have to pay if I lost my case apparently the judge sent the case back because they did not find me guilty so they sent it back to the EDD to have them look into a fraud And did he still charge my account $8500 Persian square has not returned my phone calls. I called them multiple times and their message says that due to the Covid pandemic they can’t return the phone calls on time Covid pandemic was 2020 and it’s 2025 already I am not seeing what everybody else is seeing when it comes down to these attorneys they definitely do not return the calls when they should two weeks. I haven’t had a return call and I left 16 messages.

First and foremost, Mr. Wasieleski was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not be more thankful for the help that he gave me. I was involved in an automobile accident in late 2015 in which I was t-boned at an intersection by someone who ran their red light. As a result of my accident I was experiencing sever pain in my body almost immediately. I was referred to Mr. Wasieleski by a friend who had gone through him for their auto accident and they were extremely pleased with how he handled their case. He immediately contacted a witness at the scene in regards to my case and was able to the prove that I was not at fault for the accident by securing the witness's statement. Thanks to Mr. Wasieleski, I received the treatment that I needed and he was able to settle my total loss vehicle for more than I believed it was even worth!! Not to mention, he got me a great settlement for my personal injury claim as well. All of this was done by him and his office and they were diligent in their work and response. We wasted many years with this lawyer. She never answered our calls or emails. She or her assistant called only about money or payments! All work we done by ourselves. She didn't know anything about immigration law. She cannot answer to our questions, she didn't prepare our documents. It was horrible years with this "lawyer". She cares only about money. It was looks like she is some sort of scammer or fraudster who took your money and forget about your existence.
She also fabricated cases and proposed to fabricate cases for interview with USCIS. She used fraud practice and offer services that we don't need. Never ever pick this horrible attorney.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the expertise of Irina Lemberg, a brilliant lawyer, and her dedicated and supportive team. Despite being told by other lawyers in Los Angeles for the entirety of the 7 years I lived there that my case had no chance of success, Irina was the only one who believed in our chances and worked tirelessly to prove it. Her professionalism and unwavering support were truly impressive.
What struck me the most was that unlike the common perception of lawyers who are solely focused on collecting fees without providing real help, Irina was different. Even though our agreement required payment to be made 10 days prior to the hearing, I forgot about it and no one from her team reminded me. **TO THE GENTLEMAN BELOW ME, YOU SOUND LIKE YOU NEVER HAD A LAWYER BEFORE. IVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME HAVING A LAWYER TOO**
This is my 3rd case with Neil. Neil is my first lawyer ever. I had the same experience my first time with him too. I’ve found that lawyers need to be left alone when working. If they need anything they will let you know. In the meantime, lawyers are processing your paperwork. This process of paperwork takes time because they’re court paperwork (takes time), insurance paperwork (takes time) and many many forms to fill out and give to numerous companies for authorizations to get information about the incident. Lawyers wait until said companies get back to them and their doing their own back and forth with other companies while trying to keep everything timely.
I just give Neil all of my info and sit back and wait 6 to 8 to sometimes 18 months until he tells me he has won my case. I check on him every 6 months with an email and get a quick reply with updated status. But for the most part Neil is like the Ronco Showtime Rotisserie Oven: JUST SET IT AND FORGET IT!!
Lol Neil is a great lawyer. I hope this helps future clients understand him. Let the man work. He only contacts you to give important info $$$$$$

This attorney was recommended to me by a friends mother. I later found out she received payment for the referral. I thought Neil was wonderful in our initial meeting. My vehicle was totaled and I was unable to work because of it. I really needed his help. I went to the doctors he sent me to and was told he knew them and they would be great for my case. After a substantial amount of time, I tried contacting him to see what the status of my case was. After numerous attempts, he called and berated me. I felt hopeless and needed help. I waited another six months. I called again, his staff kept telling me he was away. He simply wouldn't call me back or even send me a letter explaining what was happening. I finally sought another attorney and fired Neil. In the end he still received a good amount of money from my settlement. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with his performance and attitude.

It was a joke with this whole law firm. They never answer the phone. Never respond to emails. Never paid out my doctor's or paid me my settlement check. Now I'm stuck paying out my doctors out of my pocket. Don't hire this firm. Go somewhere else. Save your sanity and save your money.

I too, have experienced her attempt to win by default and lie that I was properly served for an unlawful detainer. filed for a motion to quash (must be within 5 days from when served) and was dismissed.
