Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Paul was very knowledgeable through the entire process, he explained things to us in detail and kept my family in the loop the entire way during my sons case. We couldnt afford to retain a lawyer, but Paul worked with us on payment plans! Paul was very professional in and outside of court and is also a very sharp dresser! I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great defense lawyer!

On a construction site in Massachusetts, I was injured 5 years ago due to obvious contractor's negligence of implementing full protection and safety measures.
Doctors recommended rest and provided short term medication, that were adequate for coverage by the insurance. Knee pains remained and resulted in knee procedure first, and several months after in a bone spur surgery to one leg.
Colleagues and staff of my client-owner of the project, seeing my physical deterioration and knowing the facts of the accident from me, advised that I need to consult with an attorney.
I did indeed consult with Attorney Whitman and worked the details of my case with Attorney Dan Munnelly. They agreed to take on my case after our first meeting.
The case took 3 years of litigation that ended fairly by a mediation. Attorneys Whitman and Munnelly, researched profoundly the case and documented all details from our conversation and particularly from their own research.
Always responsive, my attorneys Steve and Dan, were excellent communicators with me, always digging deeper and deeper, then consulted with other attorneys to build up a strong case.

Heather Boutet did an outstanding job pursuing and getting a settlement for me. I was a victim of a car crash. The insurance company for the responsible party wasn’t cooperating. I worked as an expert on a recent case. Initially, all invoices were paid, but the case was coming to trial and my invoice prior to trial was not paid. I was told "the check was in the mail" She promised to call me with the outcome of the case. The call never came, nor did the payment for services rendered in good faith. I found out the results for myself and the outcome of the trial was not favorable to the attorney. I tried reaching the office to attempt to get them to adress the invoice, but mutiple contacts by mail, email and voicemail went unreturned. All calls to all of their offices and office members were routed to her voicemail and were ignored. This is not only wrong, but unprofessional. Payment for experts should never be contingent on the verdict.

I found Michelle online (my parents did) a day after I got a clerk hearing letter that was accusing me with three charges, and I was very overwhelmed with the situation because I had a lot to lose starting with my dream job, but still she was very professional, caring, and efficient. She explained everything to me and she did everything for me since day one without even getting paid first. She helped move my clerk hearing date closer which it was what I wanted because I needed to get this out of my head, and she also was able to get the police report of the incident to understand more what it was said, and she did that without even seeing me first, I REALLY appreciate all her work because not every lawyer will be there for you because I had another lawyer, and I could see the difference clearly. I was worried, and she was very patient and quick to respond any questions I had, even after the case was done, I was still emailing her and she was still there. She said she would fight my case even if it went to trial, and and I felt the need to have her in my case, and I was so glad she was able to represent me. I would definitely hire her any time I need a defense lawyer, she is exceptional! Thank you for your hard work in such a last minute hearing because I contacted her on Wednesday I believe, and Tuesday was the hearing which it was not even a week later. I am so thankful to you because I felt confident with you representing me no matter the outcome. Gladly it was a great outcome specially because it was a very hard case. I would recommend you to anyone in need of a defense attorney because you are not afraid to go the extra mile to represent your client in their best interest. I called Ms. Halström looking to speak to Frederic Halström but was directed to her. I was considering filing a medial malpractice case. She advised me to obtain all medical records (which perhaps she should have done, or verified) and, after talking for a while, made a date for a specific date and time for a telephone consultation. She never called. Time was of the essence. I called her, we set up another time, and she blew me off again! If this is the way she treats people I want nothing to do with her! Very unprofessional and rude! I would definitely not recommend this lawyer.

Marc Breakstone provided more comfort and a peace of mind than I could have ever imagined. A little over a year ago, I was in a very serious taxi accident as a passenger- and almost 5 months pregnant. I was petrified for the health of my baby. I was completely overwhelmed with having to undergo a spinal fusion because my back was broken over several L sections. And I had an 11 month old at home that I could no longer take care of on my own. We had literally just bought a house 5 months before, and that accident literally caused my family's world to crumble. And if you are in a similar boat, you can relate- I have never felt so helpless and depressed, I needed to find a lawyer ASAP that I could trust with the well being and future security of my family. I was literally boggled of where to begin, as I have never been involved in a law suit before. And insurance contracts/ lingo/ etc was just so foreign to me. I found 4 lawyers total that I read reviews on from the internet OR was recommended by family friends. I found Marc on some Google search- and that made me a tad nervous because I am a little more "old school" than that. However, I called his office and after speaking to him directly ( which was literally about 5 min after I called, he returned my message )....I instantly felt at ease with him. There is something about his personality that is very direct, yet patient with explaining options/ the law/ advice. Marc was also willing to talk to my husband and a family friend who has legal background from another state trying to help me. So, I conservatively met with him and 3 other lawyers in person, and Marc was the only one I felt was both "down to earth" and at the same time extremely aggressive/passionate when it came to ensuring that my claim was heard properly by the parties concerned. We chose Marc to represent me, and I am SO HAPPY we did. Let me tell you this- If you want somebody that is approachable- choose Marc. If you want someone who will fight for you like he has known you for your whole life, choose Marc. And if you understand that you need someone who is that bit aggressive/confident in making his point, on your behalf, choose Marc. My husband felt that Marc would be a "lion in the ring " for us. Also, I want to add that I live in NYC...I was hit in MA during a weekend away. So I was nervous having the distance away from someone who is representing me. If by chance that is you- dont worry about it. Marc is literally so accessible. I also dont feel like I could write this review without mentioning- Christine Roberts. Marc's executive assistant is a rock star. She reflects his standards of extreme professionalism with a streak of warmth. I could keep writing about all the positive experiences I had along the way with Marc, but I will sum it up this way. A very hormonal pregnant woman, with a baby at home, was hit by a taxi and had to undergo a 7 hour spinal fusion surgery, learn how to walk again, and deal with the pain of the accident/surgery thoughout her pregnancy while accepting the fact she could no longer lift her one year old at home, bathe him, clean up after him etc. ** I am writing this review about one year from the accident and post settlement. I am still so incredibly emotional about that night and everything that happened....But I am still a bit proud that during this complete disaster and at times, what I honestly thought was depression and a breakdown mentally, I was still able to see that Marc would fight for me. And he did. And he will for you. He is just so passionate about his job...and you will come to see glimpses of his personal life that you know this is just a good guy. I look at my daughter now and I thank god for my neuro team, my OB team, and my lawyer. While my doctors really provided such wonderful physical care...Marc was really there as a rock- I let put all my anxiety on his shoulders and he delivered back a secure future. He will forever be part of our family story now.

I broke my ankle in December of 2013 eleven months after having knee replacement surgery. It was, fortunately, the other leg, but it was a bad break, in 2 areas, requiring surgery, hospitalization and a long recovery (14 weeks non weight bearing). It was awful, but the shining light in the whole ordeal was my lawyer, Ron Gluck who took care of everything from start to finish. It was clearly a case where the fault was the restaurant's where I had fallen. Ron negotiated with their insurance company on my behalf and I believe got the very best settlement for me without ever losing or compromising his integrity or mine. I felt like I was in excellent hands from the very beginning of the ordeal. It never went to court as Ron was determined to have the right thing happen in a timely way and not have this dragged out forever with me waiting for the monies he believed I should receive. I knew I was with a quality law firm...he had been recommended by more than one person and I am very glad I never looked any further.
This is not something anyone wants to have happen, but when it does, it is a great feeling to know that there are lawyers you can trust to behave in admirable ways and to work to get deserved compensation.

I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . An I studied quite a bit of law I felt like it was being put down or something . Although I laugh it off because I have thick skin , give you no excuse to represent yourself in the form and fashion that you represented yourself to me . I'm just offering constructive criticism to you sir. With all due respect work on your bedside manner because it's pretty crappy .I rest my case with the situation.

The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. Their team approach is great, and I know they all listened to me because in court the litigation team mentioned every single thing I told them I was concerned about, and in a very precise and professional way.
