On the 11th of April I had gotten in a car accident and after hearing how hard it can be finding a personal injury attorney I went off a recommendation. This decision turned out to be one of the best my husband and I could have ever made. Julia not only turned out to be an extremely competent attorney but also wonderful at articulating to us all the many question we had and explaining the process step by step. I was hit by a Florida driver on my passenger side door during the later part of 2016. Thankfully, both parties survived the accident. My car was totaled, but fortunately I am still alive to write this review. I suffered a herniation in my lower back as a result of being hit by the other driver. During the shaken frenzy that typically follows being in a car accident, I called my financial manager and he referred me to the Dolman Law Group for assistance in filing a lawsuit.
On my first meeting with the firm, I met with Matthew Dolman and Alexander Knapp. I have never been through a personal injury case before, but Matt and Alex explained the process and put me at ease. Let me say here that the thing that stood out to me during this process was that I felt like this firm was committed to doing things the right way. The Dolman team handled all of the administrative functions of my case on thereby making things very easy for me in the process. Early in the process they provided recommendations for doctor visits, and even checked on me at times to see how I was doing physically. Additionally, I did receive information updates, and check-in calls from Zahira ('Z' for short) to keep me abreast of the situation surrounding the case. The visits to the Dolman office were made very pleasant by their staff, and working with Z and Brittney was awesome!
Over time, I was made aware that Julia Dolman (at the time her last name was McGrath) would be handling my case. I met with Julia for the first time to discuss some details of the case and to prepare for the deposition. Julia let me know that due to some prior pain history that I had from previously, that we should temper expected outcomes from the case going into the deposition. However, I felt that Julia had a command of my case, and a strategy of approach as we talked through the details. Julia was always ready to answer any questions I had whether in person or by phone. She was professional in her demeanor, very personable, and let me know that she cared about me and my outcome. A lot of the work that Julia did was behind the scenes prep work for the case, but she was always very informed about the details of the case. During the final mediation is where I had the opportunity to really see Julia perform as an attorney! Julia presented the case to the mediator in a way that was very succinct, engaging, and polite. Also, Julia and I had an awesome mediator that really took the process seriously, and looked at all of the details of the case very closely. Julia did an amazing job negotiating our position based on the costs associated with the case. At the end of mediation, Julia and I were very pleased with the outcome, even surprised! Having had prior history of pain on my part, what Julia was able to accomplish during the mediation process was simply outstanding! Furthermore, Julia also did an amazing job working with the doctors involved in my case as well.
The Dolman Team is so successful in their industry because they seem to operate with integrity in dealing with their clients. Also they have great relationships in their field which is very important and extremely beneficial for their clients. As their client, I would expect that others will benefit from their knowledge and years of experience in the personal injury field. My attorney, Julia was a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring person from start to finish. I hope that the entire Dolman Team continues to provide honest and integrity filled service to clients for many more years to come as that is the reason I would do business with this firm again if the need ever arises. I was in an accident where I was rear ended in May of 2018 I knew I was hurt because of the impact to my body. I wanted to talk to someone who was aggressive in handling accident cases. I called Winters & Yonker and got connected to Christopher Smith we set an appointment for him to come and meet with me, we discuss the matter without judgement. After explaining the legalities of the matter we were quite honest with each other he took the case and set me up with referrals to see Therapist and Chiropractor. When they weren't working out for me he changed them in my best interest. I later met his staff Susie Mattos, that girl is Amazon Fierce! she took the bull by the horn and made things happen, where there was delays in getting my vehicle fixed Susie with her no-nonsense approached got my vehicle fixed with a Rental in hand (speedily) then when the Insurance Company wanted me to furnished all kinds of extra paperwork she would say don't worry I'll take care of that. Then when I thought the case would take a long time I got a call one Monday morning from my Lawyer Chris, he asked me how I was doing then he said, you don't have to look for anymore paperwork your case is settled that was the best news!
I went to the office about a week later and I asked Susie what happened? how did you get them to change their minds so quickly she said it was no brained I told them your client hit my client. You pay. Everything was handled so professionally from the Meds to the Feds that girl rock!
I have people I can trust in Winters & Yonker (Customer for life)

So, I walked into Amanda's office in distress roughly six years ago having just had my house torn apart and by the DEA, the majority of the small fortune I had amassed already confiscated. I didn't know what to do, where to turn, who to call and quite frankly I had began to strongly consider fleeing and even suicide. If you want a GREAT Lawyer then hire Mr. Andreopoulos. I was in a car accident and rear ended pretty badly and ended up getting lots of medical treatment in the last 4 years. Mr. Andreopoulos worked his tail off for me in the last 4 years with his team and he took care a few things for me related to my accident that required a lot of work from him where he had to go to court quite often for me to speak to the judge and he filed a lot of forms to get things taken care of. In the end, the defense wouldn't settle with us to pay my medical bills and we went to Court. The defense lawyer was very tough but, all of the work and effort Mr. Andreopoulos put with me along with his team paid off and we won our case after a hard battle in Court! If I had hired another Lawyer other than Mr. Andreopoulos, I am pretty confident that I would of lost in court. Mr. Andreopoulos is a very intelligent Lawyer! Hire Mr. Andreopoulos and listen to any advice that he gives you and do as he says! He won't lead you on like some other Lawyers will! He's up front with you! I'm a very happy client right now because of what Mr. Andreopoulos has done for me and because we won the cases! I will hire Mr. Andreopoulos again if I need a Lawyer down the road and I will refer him to anybody that I know that needs a Great Lawyer!

I was T-Boned on the highway, and was scared and in pain. A friend recommended John, so I called him. Immediately, he was able to get me to a phenomenal doctor, that gave me a shot in my arm that relieved the pain temporarily until further tests were done. John was amazing, and very easy to get a hold of. If he wasn't available, his assistant Tammy was so kind and knowledgeable. If there was something she couldn't help me with, John would call shortly after. I couldn't ask for better representation! John and his staff made it so that all I had to do was focus on getting better. He exceeded my expectations, and was able to get me the settlement that I deserved for my injuries. Not one, but two of my children were involved in separate automobile accidents. Melissa was there to help us through the steps, talked us through all of our options, and helped us to make very informed decisions. There were calls, texts, and emails between us, she went well above and beyond what I had expected from her. I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I knew I had to find a personal injury attorney. I chose an attorney that did not have a billboard. I found William Schneikart on line. Little did I know Bill would put the gloves on for me and fight for what was right and just. Bill was compassionate to me and took his time obtaining the information. He was patient and has a calming demeanor. I could tell right away he was passionate about his job and believed in what he did. Bill walked me through step by step and informed me that the case could take six months or longer. Bill always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Bill worked tirelessly obtaining all my medical records, the accident report, information from the at fault insurance company and my insurance company. My insurance company stepped up to the plate. He referred me to the best medical/chiropractor clinics. I had to get an MRI of my neck (the first one ever). I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and I had procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. Bill kept me going because there were times when I wanted to give up since the at fault insurance company offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. I was stressed out and depressed. Bill (and his assistant Kelsey) gave me words of encouragement. The at fault insurance company refused to give what was right. The case would have to go to court. Although Bill is an excellent litigator, he knew this may be a long drawn out case. Bill brought in a married attorney team that had ALOT of experience dealing with the at fault insurance company to help with the fight. Bill works with this attorney team often. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Bill will fight for you! I would hire him again in a heart beat!

Matthew, took an my highly complicated case. (I had previously hired, several other attorneys from T.V)., and they failed to get me any results.
Matthew fought hard and long; putting his 150% into resolving my case. My personal injury case, was complicated due to the misfortune of obtaining attorneys that promised me the stars. These attorneys wanted the results now, they were not willing to fight for me and my rights.
I was blessed to have found Matthew and Carey and Leisure. When, my case was settled after 4 years, due to the negligence of the prior attorneys. Matthew was able to get me a more than fair, settlement.

The Perenich Law Firm is not a transaction; it is a relationship. In June 2019, my family was victimized by a drunk driver that caused serious bodily injury at nearly 3 times the blood alcohol limit and did a hit-and-run. I had an insurance company (State Farm) that spent almost a year, refusing to acknowledge the coverage that I purchased. Then State Farm took over three years to finally agree to pay us victims for our underinsured motorist coverage, and only paid it after we initiated a bad faith claim. The firm supported us through depositions in the defendants criminal case. After waiting on the state of Florida to convict the criminal, we filed our civil suit with the fifth amendment protection stripped away. We sued the bar successfully, we sued our insurance company successfully, and we sued the defendant civilly successfully. The entire time, the firm was helping to arrange medical care through letters of protection and negotiating bills down.
It took us five years to bring all of the actions to a close. A wonderful five-year relationship I pray to God that I never need them again but if I do, I know they’re there.
