Our case took a very long time to settle. I'm sure it's because of how much effort our lawyer put into this case, and he came through for us in a big way. We got a Very Fair settlement and despite it taking a long time to settle, we would use them again if we ever needed an accident lawyer again.

is Mr. Kimball right hand and she is fantastic. My rear end car accident happened in a shopping center, consider a private road, on a stop sign. The largest Insurance company who was the offenders Insurance put up roadblocks after roadblocks. Insurance companies have the financial resources to hire skilled, unscrupulous lawyers, lawyers who specialize in defending personal injury claims. "Like a Good Neighbor". They become your worst "Nightmare, so do there Doctor's. A Insurance justice system that is utterly broken. Dealing with my accident was hard enough; Jake took care of the bullying from the opposite side.
Follow up is great. I recommend Jake Kinmball and Gretchen.

I can’t put into words how great of a lawyer Lucas is. I consulted multiple lawyers and they all said that license would be suspended. When I got in touch with Lucas he told me not to worry, and that he would take care of me. The cases were in two separate counties (Denver/Broomfield) and the process was seemless. He responded in a timely fashion and even checked in on me to make sure I was completing my court ordered work. It was a major relief when he told me that he accepts payment plans. Lucas was great! I hired him for a drug case in Arapahoe County. He fought the DA all the way to the end. Lucas helped me get a plea where I can seal my case in the near future. Lucas told me what to expect throughout the whole case. He kept me posted on all updates on my case. He promptly responded to my texts/emails/calls.

Lucas stuck with us getting a settlement completed for almost 2 years. The insurance agents blocked and obfuscated and made excuses time and time again, but Lucas stuck with our case and got us an excellent settlement as well as helped us with the offset medical bills to get a better payoff amount than we could have ever done alone.

Charles did not remember our conversations, therefore, I needed to refresh him of the details. This occurred more than once in our small window of time, working together. This is unprofessional and a waste of everybody's time. When I called him on it, he turned it around as me being brash, vs me relaying truth. Avoid attorneys who cannot handle conflict... bad sign. I made an appointment to talk to Eric Wollard about a family law issue and he was extremely unpleasant the entire conversation. He was hostile, impatient and condescending without even really knowing any of the details of what I needed. I’ve talked to many lawyers about our family law issue and every single one told us it was more than doable and were very understanding, informative and pleasant. But not This guy. Without even trying to ask for more real details He tried to inform me what we need to do isn’t possible, which I find hard to believe considering a least 6 other lawyers have told me otherwise. This man repeatedly questioned decisions we’ve already made regarding the past and acted as though we were stupid for it. At one point I didn’t fully understand what he said to me and I asked “I’m sorry could you say that again?” And he raised his voice to me just under what I would consider a yell. The call only lasted 7 minutes because of how rude he was I had to tell him I could already tell It wouldn’t work out and would not be proceeding with him. In a very unpleasant tone he said “great. Have a nice day.” The only reason I’m still calling around for lawyers is to make the best informed decision and find the right fit. Based off how rude and horrible this man was on our phone call I would never recommend him. I’ll definitely be going to one of the previous lawyers I’ve talked to.

Jim Pagano had consulted with me about my case. He gave me great advice, which I followed extensively. I had never delt with Med Pay from my own insurance company before. This is when your insurance company is supposed to pay your medical bills. My insurance company were reluctant at first, but finnaly started to pay off my medical bills months later (Thanks to Mr Pagano's advice). I would say if you are unsure about speaking to any insurance company (And you should be), you need to contact an honest attorney like Mr Pagano.

I went to see this attorney. The office staff is hard to work with, I signed a contract. I never heard from them, for weeks. I would have to go over to his office and try to talk to him. His letters he sent out were full of mistakes, guess lawyers and engineers can not write. Anyway it was very frustrating working for this group.

I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job.
Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. I thought it was pretty unprofessional when I was called back by someone in the office (paralegal?) to demand my business after telling them I was more comfortable with another attorney. Is it your company's policy to berate potential clients and attempt to bully them into working with your firm? This attitude may have worked decades ago but it shows how out of touch your law office is with the times. Typical ambulance chaser behavior.

I was referred to Jeff by one of my clients who is also a real estate investor and fix n flip guy. When I first met with Jeff, he gave me his background of experience in this scope of law. He then explained how construction defect cases work as well as the ins and outs of how to navigate through one successfully. He thought from the beginning that there was no real claim but that we had to fight this as fraud and conspiracy were being charged. Long story short, we went to mediation and settled for less than what my attorney fees would have been to fight this. Btw, this dragged on for almost a year before we got to this point. While I didn't like the idea of settling as I felt that I did everything right in the sale of the home, the thought of wasting time and money in a trial made the outcome much more tolerable.

Mr Wittebort, is a great divorce attorney. He was straight forward and "honest". When I was asking for some unreasonable request he let me know that it would not be allowed in the divorce guidelines. My daughter had divorced and was having trouble with her ex-husband, he was trying to take custody of their son from my daughter. Her previous lawyer did not seem to be very knowledgeable in the area of family law nor did she seem to care what happened and made a bad situation even worse. She didn't seem to care about what happened to the child or my daughter.
With Jeff's knowledge and years of experience he was able to over come the mistake that had been made by the previous lawyer and come to a resolution that was best for the child and fair for both my daughter and her ex-husband.
I have been in law enforcement for 18 years. In my experience I believe that Jeff is one of the best lawyers I have worked with.

Mr. Jimenez helped me on a case that went to court about a month ago. He gave me good legal advise that resolved my problem. His office is small but I think that is better than the big TV lawyers.
