I am sorry it took me this long to write this review but Brandy Wyatt is the BEST of the BEST! We had a very unexpected situation arise that caused so much stress and chaos and Brandy made us feel comfortable through the entire ordeal. She worked her magic and we came out unscathed and our family is forever grateful! She was honest, she educated us thoroughly on the good, bad, and ugly, and I could just go on for an eternity about how grateful we are that we found her when we did!

I’m a New York Father. I rarely make reviews on anything and frankly I was not in a mental place to do so but I believe I’m in a better place to let this out now. So, back in 2023 my daughter was kidnapped by her Mother. I didn’t see my daughter for months and at least spoke to 10 detectives in New York to get someone to take my case seriously. I eventually got a warrant for her arrest but all based in New York, it didn’t matter with Ohio law. Once I found out my child was in Ohio and realized I needed a lawyer I reach out to Mr. Friedman. I called about 5 offices prior all closed but he was the only one still working late and answered the phone. He not only recognized the dire of my situation but was a great friend and professionally experienced lawyer. While in the court area he even unexpectedly bought me a meal as we waited. Long story short, I got my little girl back and Mr. Friedman was an angel in disguise for this period in my life. I don’t think anyone else could’ve done it better. He was supportive, responsive, educated, well connected, and followed through on the tasks at hand. This is one of those lawyers that you will never forget working hard for you in your lifetime, I know I won’t. I highly recommend his services and hope the best in your case with him. God bless.

I reside in Florida, my slip and fall accident occurred in Ohio. To keep it short, I used a highly respected law firm in Florida, who contracted Ray Critchett as their Ohio based lawyer. Ultimately the Florida firm broke the contract stating the case would go to trial and even a win would not be enough to cover the costs.
Ray Critchett offered to represent me on his own and I said ok.
I am so glad I did and very grateful. He was kind, caring, patient. He has excellent communication skills and I always felt heard. I was rear ended by a semi-truck on our way to vacation. The horror of watching this huge semi barreling up from behind us while stopped in traffic was terrifying to say the least. After calling several attorneys and leaving messages to call back Attorney Drakatos was the only one who returned my call in a timely manner. I was rear-ended at high speed which led to a life-changing personal injury and a totaled vehicle. The responsible party's insurance company was refusing to pay by medical bills or my property damage. Not only did Eleni take my case, she negotiated a very fair settlement. I was injured in an accident and didn't have any insurance information from the other person involved. I filed a police report and Dennis was able to obtain a video of the accident I was injured in, which I would not have had access to, that supported my claim. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave me the confidence that he was truly working for my best interest not just for his fee.
My case was at the same time that my father started having sever health problems and past away, Dennis and his staff were caring and I knew that the case was being taken care of and I could concentrate on the needs of my parents.
My husband and I realized that the law is not our strong suit and that hiring Dennis was a great decision.

Yes, he is of the "old time" where you truely cared about people or at least he did, he will go to all lenghts to prove a valid case. He is over talkative but guess that is a lawyer.
If you have a ture medical case, he is your lawyer, -- he doesn't just research, he goes and talks to Dr. from Duke, to what ever he needs to do. Again, it is the old attitude you do what is important, love what you do and sleep because you did everything you could do to help.

My family was in the process of buying a new home, and the builder, MI Homes, was not being honest about the finances that were required. My wife and I had Tier 1 credit, and we were putting 20 Percent down on the purchase. The MI Homes finance representative was awful!
She initially tried to give us a very high interest rate, and kept raising the rate each time I would call back to get more information on “why” the rate was rising.
I obtained Attorney Tom Somos, and he was phenomenal! Attorney Somos personally attended my financial meeting with MI Homes, and secured a rate that was appropriate, and fair. Attorney Somos then represented my family for the duration of our purchase, including monitoring our closing cost on the home.
In addition, I have recommended Attorney Somos to my colleagues over the years, and they have been very satisfied with his services.
From my experience, Attorney Somos’ rates are competitive, and he has a vast knowledge of the law.

Tom was a nice guy, very professional and always willing to answer questions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the troubles I had with his office staff obtaining the correct documents in a timely fashion. I ended up having to do most of the legwork on my paperwork, but in the end he was flexible with my payout since he knew I had been furloughed due to the pandemic.

We were referred to Mr. Erney and his office by another attorney due to his experience and reputation in dealing with personal injury/ accident cases. I was not disappointed. He explained everything up front clearly (fees, expectations, timeline, etc) and went straight to work on building our case for the insurance company. It took time to get a complete file in large part due to the length of my recovery and cooperation from the OSU Burn Clinic (I also recommend - great people). Once negotiations started he relayed information and tempered expectations without delay. I was very pleased with the resolution of my case and care it shown by Robert, Mary, and Rachel along the way.
Did I mention that the insurance adjuster was complete jerk-wagon? He was...I was so happy that Mr. Erney dealt with that man and the insurance company on our behalf.

I was referred to him for my car accident. While he and his staff seemed kind I was mislead, He gave me a proposal that was to be sent to the person's attorney that would have covered me getting my car replaced. I didn't get 10% of what was in the proposal and he even asked for some of the money back! I would never recommend him to anyone who wants a fair case!

Rob guided me through the legal process after I was in a personal injury vehicle accident. He put my best interests first and was reasonable and rationale as we worked with the insurance companies and bodyshop. I placed everything in his hands and he took over. Even months after the settlement, he followed up to inquire on my well being and the status of possible long-term ramifications the accident might have as it related to my vehicle being leased. I was in an automobile accident in April of this year. My car was rear ended with me and my two children in inside. My two children were not injured by very much shaken. I on the other hand injured my shoulder pretty badly. After a visit to the ER I contacted R.M.B the very next day the that the accidnt happened and got Sarina Mitchell as my representative. She was very efficent and quick in her responses. I was treated so well and professionally! I had never been in this type of situation before and didnt even know what the first steps were but she walked me through and explained every process. Not only did she get me a settlement within 6 months after my accident, following many doctors appointments and physical therapy, but she was also able to get me well over what i had thought id receive! If i ever encounter another incident like that (knock on wood that never happens again) i know exactly who to call and ask for!

Divorce case. The case went right up to trial. He forgot a lot of stuff and had several repeated meetings to discuss the same things costing a lot of wasted money. His trial preparation was extremely poor specially his time in the court. It was all last minute in the morning and all on paper. He did not share the discovery and a lot of information with me. He kept on reducing expectations as the case went on. His lack of preparation worked against me and helped the other side. Even during the negotiations he left several things open ended leading to loosing outcomes. Focused on money and showed no empathy even after loosing the case. Always came late to meetings scheduled in his office and left on the stoke on the hour. Gave a lot of incorrect recommendations and then later denied giving them. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone especially for divorce cases which involve a child.

They were not courteous or kind to me. The lady was somewhat rude and condescending towards me. Didn't even bother to look up the health complaint herself she made me find and email it to her even after giving her the tracking number for it, she didn't offer to help at all. And then wanted to tell me I have a time-line to file a suit... which I already knew from talking to previous attorneys I decided to not even go through with this firm because her attitude. Best of luck to everyone else trying to get justice for a lost parent.

They were not courteous or kind to me. The lady was somewhat rude and condescending towards me. Didn't even bother to look up the health complaint herself she made me find and email it to her even after giving her the tracking number for it, she didn't offer to help at all. And then wanted to tell me I have a time-line to file a suit... which I already knew from talking to previous attorneys I decided to not even go through with this firm because her attitude. Best of luck to everyone else trying to get justice for a lost parent.
