I was involved in an MVA with a tractor trailer while working that resulted in totaling my vehicle and requiring three back surgeries and missing months from work. The worker’s compensation company believed that since they felt I was not at fault kept pushing me to help them recover their monies that had been paid out for medical payments and wages. After threatening me to help them, I went and consulted with Mr. Collins about my options and how pushy the worker’s comp company was becoming. After a few days, I hired him to represent me against the trucking company and the worker’s comp claim became subordinate to mine.
Having been through a couple of previous accidents, Jack is the finest lawyer I’ve have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the case he kept me up to date on everything that was taking place and what I should be expecting and rough timeframes. Since the trucking company was not local he travelled to take their depositions and make the best case we possibly could in preparation for trial. Because of Mr. Collins’ and his associates dedication and his exceptional knowledge of trial preparation, fair value for my sustained injuries, and ability to read the other parties resulted in a settlement that far exceeded my wildest dream.

When I had my accident at work a friend of mind recommended Atty. Truppa just to consult with for some information. It was a bad time in my life I was in pain out of work..etc. She was so understanding of my situation like she really wanted to help. She told me that she thought I had a valid claim so I decided to ask her to represent me.
There was months of Doctors appointments, physical therapy and so on..This attorney was there every step of the way. I'd call the office with a question and was always received so professionally. If she was out of the office when I called she always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. After my treatment was done Attorney Truppa managed to get me a very generous settlement. I needed to find someone who could help me with my closing on my condo.This lawyer I found in the yellow pages. After I contacted her she told me just what I needed to do, the realtors and banks don't inform you of much, you really need a lawyer, trust me. Well all I can say is my closing went off with out any problems. It was reassuring to know she kept me in the loop. We are using her again for our office building closing.

After interviewing with Jim and Bill, I was convinced this was the legal team I wanted to take over my automobile accident lawsuit. Throughout the entire duration of my case, the attention, professionalism and care that Jim displayed with his associates, lacked in absolutely nothing short of perfection. My case was wrought with problems and issues; Shipman and Goodwin was the 4th firm I had hired, and needless to say I was very apprehensive by the time I retained their services. His firm, Loughlin-Fitzgerald, immediately filed a notice to represent, re-directing all the bills, (emergency-room, ambulance company etc... as well as the other party's and my insurance co's paperwork to his firm.
