I was originally referred to The Lapidus Law Firm by my brother, who had just a few months earlier, himself been involved in a car accident. Mr. Mutimer assisted me in a rather "messy" matter which resulted in a favorable outcome.
Throughout litigation I was presented different options/routes to take to which Mr. Mutimer always took the time out to explain the effects these options could/would have on my future. I never once felt the pressure that he wanted to "just get this case over and settle for less."
His attention to detail made a huge difference and the results show.
Mr. Mutimer restlessly fought-litigated from the beginning of my case to the very end as if it was a personal matter of his own. The quality of legal representation has exceeded beyond my expectations. As a Client I'm excited to see where his skillset takes him in the years to come.

I worked with Mr. Cohen a few years ago. He and his firm did a great job handling my case, a bad car accident in the Washington, DC area. My car was hit by an 18 wheeler truck on the Beltway just before the Dulles Toll Road. The truck was traveling in the right lane and decided to change lanes without seeing my car. It hit the side of my car and traveled with my car for about half a mile. If it weren't for our seatbelts, my husband and I would have been killed. Luckily, the injuries were not life threatening. Mr. Cohen made sure that all of my medical bills were handled and helped me deal with my car insurance company. He was very thorough! I would recommend Mr. Cohen to anyone that has had a car accident in the Washington DC area.

We had a very successful outcome for our legal case that allowed us to stabilize our family's life after a brain injury. Yet it was the process of the case that was as important to us, because we had so much to manage medically, emotionally, and mentally, during this challenging time. Chris Nace and his excellent team didn't involve us unless they needed our attention, allowing us to place our focus where it was required, in our healing. Also, they spent time answering our questions, no matter how trivial, since we had never used a lawyer except in the creation of our wills. We felt prepared for the case, and informed of our options, but yet not burdened by too much information. We were given adequate preparation for the next steps, but we were not overwhelmed by a multitude of responsibilities. What can I say? I was involved in a crash over a year and a half ago, it turned out that I had some pretty severe back issues as a result of that. I immediately contacted Simeone & Miller, within 2 days I was in their office meeting with them. I was extremely nervous, didn't know how this would all turn out, knowing what medical bills are these days, Mike and Kiara (paralegal) kept me calm and educated throughout the entire process. There were some tough conversations and things that I didn't want to hear. The one thing Mike kept telling me was this all takes time. Well he was right, I can't say enough great things about this firm. I feel like we just ended a personal relationship with the conclusion of the case. I hope I never need to call them again other than to say hi. However, if I do I know once again I will be in great hands.

This guy commanded the respect of the judge and the prosecutor as soon as he walked in the room. He has the experience of arguing before the Supreme Court to handling smaller cases like a pedestrian being hit by a taxi cab.
