Jason Pearl has been a go to several times for injury claims. Unfortunately, myself and my family have been prone to a long line of accidents. Including one that nearly took my life by a drunk driver. I have never dealt with someone who is more compassionate about his clients then him. He listens to his clients instead of talking over them and always puts the ball in their court and gives them the final say. He advises his clients honestly of all possible outcome based on all possible decisions. The one time I didn’t use him (at my wife’s insistence) it turned into a three ring circus and I had to do the attorney’s job for them. His office staff is just as phenomenal as he is. If you are injured in any way I strongly suggest you speak with Jason first. He won’t necessarily paint you a rosy picture but will give you honest advice which is highly unusual this day and age. If there was an opportunity to not leave any stars I wouldn't. Yes, it seems that people love the old man dressed in a finely pressed shirt with cologne who speaks softly to estblish a rappore. This is called 'Bait and Switch" so much, to make extra money they will tell you that you are not happy with their services so that they can call a hearing in the middle of the divorce when it is too late to hire anyone else. Lets charge that invoice. No disucussion, no communication, nothing except for invoices, overbilling for no rhyme or reason. Remember don't assume anything.. this is a game as to which party has the most money so that they can write up an "Agreed Order" which you will not see for opposing counsel to pay. Leins put on your settlement checks, I can go on and on but they are not worth it. OH, Mr. Stok owns a debt collecting agency and a title agency so he likes to own your property which is why he will put a charging lien on that as well. I won't waste any more time but stay away from them ... or else. If I could show photos of what they didn't and did do, I would probably get arrested. But Karma has a way.... Its been 4 years and I never did get my jewelry stated in the MSA and given a fake pension that didn't exist. I was not represented... My ex husband was... remember? it is about who has the money.
As G-d is my witness, everything in this review can be proven. Stay away from them.

This firm is a nightmare. Can’t never get a hold of anyone and when you do and make an appointment no one calls. 5 years later no resolution and I had to pay out of pocket for my roof. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. Couldn’t get a hold of you any other way…..I tried for months and months and months. Take you business elsewhere unless u wanna be waiting around for 5 years.

Our attorneys have overlooked MAJOR details in our case, we ended up signing settlement papers (SIX MONTHS AGO) and agreed to a fraction of our out of pocket expenses. Where is the check? Who knows! When I was looking for an attorney to help me reunite with my wife, I spoke to at least 10 other attorneys, whom seemed to me that really didn't care. I was just another number. And they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money. My last call was Anastasia, and boy did i have a sigh of relief after speaking to her. She really cared! and was very affordable! I was referred to Attorney Craig Fergus by a very close friend after my mother got into a accident while driving my vehicle. From the initial contact, Mr. Fergus showed empathy and listened. He was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process. He literally was our voice while dealing with the insurance companies which can be a hassle. We were very surprised by the outcome and settlement and the time frame was not long at all as most persons we knew said the process can take up to a year. I hired Robert L Spector, 2014 of June after a rear end accident. I was severely injured and currently in the process of undergoing surgeries .
Mr. Spector had my case for 2 years and didn’t resolve any issue or made progress.
My calls were ignored by him and his office assistant. When I attempt to contact him from a different number, my call was answer immediately.
I decided to make him aware, that I was unsatisfied with his service. I ask him to release my case, and I hired a new attorney.
Due to the statue of limitation, I was not able to recover the full amount of money that my case was worth.

I don't normally post negative remarks or reviews but this one stayed with me. On the recommendation of a friend I went to see Mr. Reinstein regarding a business issue a few months ago. Although, I knew there would be a charge for the initial consultation (most attorney's don't charge for this) I felt offended. Thinking that was the norm, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went to see him. He offered no real options and was rather negative about my situation. I felt ripped off. Luckily I subsequently found and worked with a wonderful attorney. The moral of the story is you should consult an attorney for free and walk away feeling empowered about what they can do for you.
