I have been waiting 3 months for my settlement check too! My accident was 2 years ago. My friend is hoping that the law firm didn't steal my settlement check! I never thought about it until she brought it up. I mean things like that happens. It's hard to reach someone to give me updates at the law firm. Have I been scammed?!! I don't want to believe it. I am Totally disappointed in This Law Firm. I have not met 1 person to this date. Unacceptable of the treatment. I've lost my job due to going out for surgery and no one is able to be contacted. No answered calls. My injury was 06/27/2022. I was not in my best interest, no lost wages was considered. My release forms was signed 06/24/2024 and I am still waiting on my part of wages owed to me. I cannot get in touch with anyone, It's as if they took my money and ran with it. The answering service just tells me that they cannot get in touch with anyone and that they will have someone call me back which never happens. It's almost 6 months of the release forms and no one will call on exception of Barbara and she states that she is unable to reach Lorena who told me that it will take less than 3 months for everything because they did not do my Loss of wages as they said they would.. I am sitting here no.help, no job and still with injuries. I.made a visit up to the office since I've never met anyone, the office was closed in which I was told that the person was out on Maternity Leave.I am not satisfied with the services. Poor services and where is my money. We are going towards 3 years since the injury and Nothing.

Save your Money & your time! I see all the 5-star reviews and I am completely shocked. They had to of been written by his staff. I reached out to Bruce and his staff to work help support an immigration case. His office provided no guidance other than how to pay my invoice which I did. I constantly had to send emails to the point of making demands or threats. NOTHING was done with the case other than the request for more money. Good Luck and be careful!

Most lawyers start the conversation with how much their retainer is, but the conversation on money was not his priority. The worst customer service I have ever seen, I put one star because I can't put "zero" to be able to leave my review. I always have to be the one to call to be told how the case is going and it's been over a year now. They all give different information, there is never a concrete update on the case and now in the end they contradict themselves in what they tell me and they never call, if I don't call I don't know how the case is going. I had to go once in person to the office without notice because they didn't answer my messages and they didn't even return my calls. I had surgery on my back and I gave them all my medical records that I was fine before the accident and the results of the MRI after the accident showed that I had a new situation in my back and with what they offer me, it's not even enough to cover any treatment and recover my health, they definitely don't fight for their clients and they don't care about them. Now finally, today someone called me and I totally disagree with what they told me and offered as they keep contracting themselves. NEVER!! I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone; it has been a long and exhausting process and in the end I am not satisfied with the result.

It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend
