I purchased a new home in 2019. Less than a year passed when I received a letter from Texas Department of Transportation informing me that a portion of my property was needed for a major road expansion. To make matters worse, my home, my brand new home, would need to be condemned as a result. In stepped Padau Law Firm. After assuring me they could help, they quickly intervened and took immediate action to seek a remedy for my situation. They expertly handled everything from start to finish. They took care of all legalities to include negotiating settlement and damages with TXDOT to communicating with my local City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission to obtain a change to easement requirements on my property. As a result, I am able to stay in my home! Padau exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the entire process, anything I didn't understand they explained. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titus Law Firm in Houston, Texas. I paid them $8,000, expecting competent and professional representation, but instead encountered a complete lack of follow-through. Communication was lackluster at best; I left multiple messages for my attorney without receiving any meaningful updates.
To make matters worse, I only learned that they had withdrawn from my case when the State of Texas sent me an email informing me of their withdrawal. There was no courtesy call or direct communication from Titus Law Firm to inform me of this significant development. Considering that I live in another state, this lack of communication was particularly frustrating and unprofessional.
I initially hired this firm believing they had the expertise to handle my case, but that confidence quickly eroded due to their behavior. The unprofessionalism and disregard for my situation left me deeply dissatisfied. I would NEVER recommend Titus Law Firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.

I have hired Mr. Garcia for two criminal cases over the past 5 five years. He was able to get BOTH cases dismissed each time. He knows his way around the Courthouse and was very professional with the Judges and District Attorneys. He also worked with me on payment when another criminal attorney I had hired would not and he still got my cases dimissed. I would recommend Mr. Garcia if you need a great criminal attorney. I want to start off by saying that Korey Huff is a very intelligent individual who knows the legal game like the back of his hand. It took me no time to find him and ever since day 1 he has been a huge advocate in my legal situation, since I am in college he gave me a student discount. With my case I would have been looking at a min of $3,000 but he only charged me $1,800 !!!!!! I was rear-ended by a tow truck back in 2020 and sustained multiple injuries to my back and left arm. I hired Mr. Hadi based on a recommendation from a family member to represent me as the insurance company was dragging its feet. They gave me a low offer on my car and also made me get out of the rental and did not want to pay for my medical bills. Mr. Hadi and his team were able to make the insurance company fully compensate me and make me whole again. They ended up giving me a fair offer for my car and also compensated me for my injuries and medical bills. I don't know where I would be if I didn't hire Mr. Hadi. I hired Norm to recover property I had leased to a third-person who was no longer paying on the lease. Norm immediately took action, filing for a TRO and TI, bringing the lessee to Court immediately. Before the Court heard our case, Norm was able to negotiate with the third-party a new lease that required a higher monthly payment and certain other terms that, if violate, permitted the immediate and non-judicial recovery of the property. During the term of the new lease, Norm worked to make sure that requirements were met on a timely basis. I found Norm to be accessible, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. His work was excellent and my results were more than I expected. I would recommend Norm for any litigation matter and will be hiring him again should the need arise.
