I wasn't gonna hire an attorney after my wreck, I thought I had no case. But hiring Timothy Rowe was the best decision I've ever made outside of marrying my wife. Timothy Rowe really came thru for me. He exceeded every expectation I had. He really turned nothing into something and at a time my family were behind and struggling. He answered every call, he even put up with all my text messages; some of which were not so pleasant. He remained professional throughout, he went above and beyond leaving not a single stone unturned. But most importantly, at least to me, he did exactly what he said he was gonna do, every step of the way. The worst experience with a lawyer. We paid what they asked, and it took 8 months before she started working on our case. No one answers when I call and no one returns a call when I would leave voicemails. Over a year later she said she was not going to following through on the case. Quick to take our money and slow to do any work, and in my case ZERO work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

I truly appreciate the work that Carman did for me. I was skeptical at first because of some off putting reviews but I’m glad I followed my heart.
Carman is VERY responsive, professional, respectful and does a thorough job explaining the law.
Yes, her personality is direct and she isn’t “warm and fuzzy” and that is ok, it’s who she is. I believe her no-nonsense approach is what makes her amazing at her craft. Previous attorneys that I hired could never answer my questions and seemed to become intimidated by my ex (who naturally has a very strong, authoritative and sometimes aggressive presence), one even told me she didn’t want to call him any more. There was never a doubt in my mind that Carman could match whatever energy he gave her. She listened to me, advised, executed and got the job done.
I would hire her over and over if I needed to while resting assured business would be handled. That’s all that matters.

My case was out of Hamilton County and anyone that knows anything about that county knows its very hard to win a case in that district. Carman took her time and studied my case and studied the case laws and did absolutely whatever was necessary to get the results we wanted and needed. My case took over 2 years but we won and all charges were dropped. You can't rush perfection and Carman took her time to make sure the ball was in our court in every aspect of my case. She will always be my number 1 recommendation if you have any type of legal issue or custodial issue. Thanks again Carman and God Bless!!!

I personally would never use them again. Very unprofessional. They sent the wrong client name to the opposing party. They sent the first "rough" draft of a document to the opposing party. In which they should have never seen. It was just sloppy work and not great at communication.

Do not believe that if your case mirrors anything on their website that they will take yours. My spine surgery was done wrong and after nine years I learned that I’m not completely fused. Update* after listening to the message that was left for me it turns out that the information that was relayed back to the attorney about my case seemed completely wrong, so since the attorney heard my situation incorrectly, I was denied. 👍🏽-I just learned of a failed back surgery, when a mass showed up on my back from fluid buildup a month ago, around the hardware from my back surgery lower lumbar fusion L4 L5 and S1. When looking at the mass the doctor noticed that after 9 years my back hadn’t fused together because a different doctor did my surgery incorrectly. He was fired later on for a reason unknown to me. I’m just now learning how bad my back really is. I’ve had years of pain and hardship and didn’t know it was partly because with my lower lumbar fusion, the doctor had put screws in my hips. Now 80 pounds lighter it’s becoming more and more painful to walk. The hardware in my back is now protruding slightly, degenerated disc, a cyst on my nerve and arthritis.
The doctor perform my back surgery incorrectly mainly by putting screws into my hips and I have had years of problems. The intake worker knew I was having another MRI Today for a possible future surgery because of this, however I received a denial letter instead. They don’t waste their time by calling people and telling them their denied they will send a letter. #Care

His staff will tell you one thing, then it never happens or it is a lie just to pacify you .I was told pay half now and the other half when the job was completed, but they have never completed the work yet and next month will be a year !!!!! I was told it would take 2 to 4 months. TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!

I was lied to constantly. I never once was able to speak with Mr. Lewis. I paid half which I was told I needed to paid in October 25, 2023 and the other half was to be paid when the expungement was completed. I made several calls to Mr.Lewis office always speaking to a Mark?? I was lied to constantly. First lie was the prosecutor was being replaced in Hamilton County so that was causing a hold up. I waited another month I called and lied to saying that my paperwork had been lost in the process. End of April I requested copies of court documents sent on my behalf. I received the PDF. Forms of documents to both counties I needed expungement from. Neither had been submitted to the court. And not signed by David Lewis. I have times and dates of every call and the PDF forms sent to me on May 1st. Never once during this time was I asked for balance to complete process. Not until July when I called Mark out as being a liar and this he admitted to everything. I asked for a refund he said it would be a couple days for the check to process. I called back to see if he could just refund my boyfriend’s CC. That’s when Mark informed me that he couldn’t give a refund I would have to pay the balance to get Mr. Lewis to move forward with this process. Of course I have been dealing with this for almost a year now. When I was first told it would take 3-4 months to complete. I didn’t want to give more money considering how much I had been lied to and never once had a chance to speak with Mr. Lewis. No matter how many times I ask. The office completely stopped answering my phone calls. Until one day Julie Brown answered I explained my dilemma. She is another attorney in this office. She said she would take notes and leave on Mr. Lewis desk but she doubts if I will get a return call. Mind you my cases were both minor both misdemeanors. I should have never been put through this stress. I would never have a kind word to say about what I was put through and never about Mr Lewis. He is a fraud to me.

We were incredibly fortunate to work with Nick Deets on my wife’s legal case. She was in a horrible car accident two summers ago. Even if she initially agreed to take on our case when others wouldn't, the entire process felt slow and lacked the urgency we expected. Her communication, while present, often left us feeling more anxious than reassured, and we found ourselves constantly having to follow up for updates. We felt like she wasn’t as proactive as she could have been, and the settlement took longer than we anticipated. While the case was eventually resolved, the experience fell short of our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend her services.

They are for Lynhurst. They are going to rule in Lynhurst Park apartments favor all the time! Trashy lawyers to represent a trashy company. They put these lawyers on the case because they are working in their favor already. Only trashy people would represent a trashy property!!!! Lynhurst is full of mold and leaks in more then half their apartments. They don’t care about the tenants and a lot of them are senior citizens!

Benjamin Ellis was extremely helpful. I have had two different issues in which the Firm had helped me with. My fist case was a Work Comp claim. I submitted my claim and talked with Mr. Harts. After my meeting, Mr. Harts said e could not help me. I than sent my issue to Mrs. Golitko, I’m not sure if I explained better this time around but was told that Mr. Harts will be taking my case, in which was settled out of court.
My second case was an Auto Accident in which, Mr. Reichert took on and got me my Settlement. During my Second case, I was having issues with my Employer, such as being denied the right to file for Worker’s Compensation, I asked Mr. Reichet about this and he stated that he would not be able to take this on. I emailed both Mr. Golitko and Mrs. Golitko about my Employment issue and have not heard a response back for neither of them. It has been Months since I have reached out and asked for assistance. This is why I am giving them a 3 star Rating.
