I was in a severe motor vehicle accident. Initially I was working with a family attorney to recover damages, and due to conflicting views I needed to find new representation. Than I found Tony! I felt we were more on the same page about how I wanted my case to continue. I had been through a lot physically with multiple broken bones and life lasting damages. I didn't want to settle for just a low offer because my damages were substantial but I also wanted a resolution so I could move forward with my life. When I met Tony I told him this and he genuinely seemed to care and understood my position of how I had been through a lot and just wanted a fair deal so I could move forward with my life. Within days/weeks of signing up with Tony Olson I was getting the communication and updates I wanted. I felt that my case was being push to the top of the defense teams pile. After a few months went by I'm glad to say both sides were able to come to an agreement. It was more than fair and even more than I could have asked for! If your looking for an attorney I would highly recommend Tony Olson. Personally I just felt better that somebody listened to my input! Thanks Tony!

Ron clearly knew the ins and outs of estate work, for which we hired him. He made me and my family feel we were in very capable hands after a most trying event, the loss of a beloved family member. Ron returned e-mails and calls almost immediately, often within a few minutes. He was thorough and detailed in his responses and in our meetings as well. He is capable of very assertive conduct when need be but for us as clients he was polite, friendly, and attentive to our questions and needs while being professional. He made certain I understood what I needed to understand (details when necessary) and that I could clearly see the process of dealing with and then later closing an estate in Iowa. Great staff, too. Fast and prompt. I recommend Ron Anderson and his staff most highly.

Let me first start off by saying I have worked with other attorneys in the past for various reasons, but Darin has by far been the absolute best as far as professionalism goes. He was always one hundred percent honest with me, he responded promptly with every email, phone call, or question I had. Let me start by saying I do not believe in writing reviews if I am paying for a service I expect the best they have to offer, well I finally met an exception to that rule and his name is Shawn Fitzgerald. As any parent we send our children off to college hoping for the best and 4 years of bliss. Well then reality hit, my daughter got into what should have been a run of the mill mistake with a couple of fines and a good scolding turned into a major incident. By the time we got involved the police where looking for her on campus. I spoke to shawn on a Friday morning he said give him a couple of days to get more information and plan on being in Iowa on Monday to work things out. We arrived on Monday ( over 3.5 hours away) in a attempt to resolve the problem. At this point the police attempted to arrest her on other charges, but Shawn was ahead of them already speaking to a Judge to have her come over to the courthouse to go before him. The state’s attorney attempted to charge her with 2 substantial charges relating to the original fines. Shawn was able to reach a settlement that was in my daughters best interest and not affecting her future career path. Shawn was amazing during the whole process saving me and my daughter multiple court appearances, he was available for questions regarding the case and kept us updated every step of the way.
I felt Shawn had my daughters best interest in mind while attempting to resolve the matter. I highly recommend Shawn for any legal matters if you need a lawyer.

In the beginning they were great. Attentive. Action planned. Quick response time. It took my lawyer a full year to get my divorce settled. I know each case is different but we did not have a lot to settle on and we had no children. In the end I was the one pushing my ex-husband to comply. He had committed multiple contempt's of court actions. My lawyer explained the judge probably wouldn't side with me. I appreciated her opinion and chose not to take him to court. She still went through and wrote drafts (costing me more $). Once I finally got everything done on my own the law firm in general just stopped communicating. No more emails being answered. No more phone calls being answer or returned. They offered to write me a check when I was done with the business for less than my account had left in it. I wanted the full amount. The only way to get someone to talk to me was to show up at the office. At first I thought it was just my bad luck with a bad lawyer. It wasn't. It was the law firm in general. It may cost more money in the end but keep looking!!
