I was in a bad accident that ended up wrecking my car and breaking my collarbone. I had simply accepted the fact that there was nothing I could do about anything but I was referred to Joe Naz and I put in my lawsuit about a month later and Joe Naz managed to get me my money back, in an efficient and incredibly professional manner. My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. I retained Mr Hausmann based on an excellent referral in September of 2017. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, and I’m not easy to please, being a former legal assistant in Minnesota some years ago. I was in an automobile accident and Mr Hausmann knew exactly what to do; when to do it and ultimately negotiated a settlement that was fair. His staff also was extremely helpful when he wasn’t available. Calls were returned timely and questions answered sufficiently. He has excellent negotiation skills and I would definitely recommend him. His office is also very easy to get , and that was important to me, being retired.

Jerry literally helped us when we felt we had nowhere or no one to go to. My husband and I purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer so I can drive around with our 5 boys. We only had about 1k miles and the car caught fire! I was 4 months pregnant at the time and scared to death. We attempted to go through Ford in hopes that we could get some resolution…all they did was pressure wash the engine and change the alternator. I was so afraid of driving my explorer that it just sat in the driveway catching dust. Jerry not only got Ford to pay off our vehicle and take it back, but we received compensation to purchase a new vehicle that we can drive around safely in with our 6 boys. Jerry was very professional, and made sure that we got the maximum which is what we deserved. He’s a no BS kind of guy and was straight up with us from the get go. In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs. I have recommended him to family and friends. I can't give this guy enough credit, simply an amazing attorney and genuine person. Thanks Jeff Dawson!!!

I was about to be foreclosed on and didn't have a clue who to use. Now someone mentioned another lawyer but when I went on line I saw all the same name so I didn't know which one they were talkig about. So I basically picked on. I was blessed that I ended up picking a good one. I only had about 5 days or even less before the sale date and when i got the call back, they gave me all my options, they were very honest and that let me know what decision i had to make. i decided to file the bankruptcy and they got the paperwork done and sent out and that stopped the sale. My case was a civil lawsuit involving oral contract in title ownership of realestate property. I was the plaintiff. Candice Bryner along with Tumy Nguyen represented me. If you as any lawyer an oral contract which involve in realestate is very hard case to prove. But Candice and Tumy took on my case and they were very honest and strategic. The defendant was represented by a big law firm in Long Beach. As the case went on the defendant lawyers created a mount of paper work to harass me, but Candice worked day and night to protect me and she did very well with caring thoughts. 2 people who politely introduced themselves as the "New owners" of the building in which we lived later served everyone in our apartment with Unlawful Detainers & Eviction Notices although we had a lease with owner who too lived in the same building as all of us.
With ownership of building being disputed in court, still being threatened with Unlawful detainers and eviction, Scott advised us to continue to pay our rent in a timely manner to the "new owners".
Although another tenant & I had the exact same case, we chose Scott, our neighbor did not.
The "new owners" suddenly and without any forewarning changed their lawyer and ask us to pay all the back rent in one lump sum. No explanation even though past checks would still be honored.
Scott advised us to comply, our neighbor's attorney advised otherwise.
The end result, we were finally recognized as tenants whereas our neighbor still faced many legal challenges to come. (big mistake on his part)
Now that almost a year of harassing behavior on the part of the "new owners", was finally put to rest, the terms of the lease stated that the losing party would pay for the legal fees.
Our case was heard before a judge and at first, we lost.
With facts in hand, Scott knew it wasn't right so we appealed and had the initial judgment overturned in our favor.
From this past experience, lessons learned are that not all attorneys behave the same. Initially, some are like cheer leaders who are full of energy and give clients high expectations. As time goes by, many of those same lawyers either become "too busy" or lose touch with their clients.
Scott is not one of them. He is what you would call a truly "down to earth" type of person who is easy to talk with and to his clients, always readily available.
Legal representation and advice is always an investment and finding a competent, hard working attorney to work on your behalf is not easy in a sea of "lawyers"...

Apparently Dennis in California is over seen by Ryan, according to the reseptionist.
I was told signing up i would have WEEKLY contact. This was a concern i had and the made this comittment. I recieved a total of 4 phone calls spoke twice on the phone and recieved 2 emails with questions. Through out the whole process i recieved one update after 3 months total. It was great news, that they were able to reopen my claim. In the same conversation i requested to be kept in the loop. Dennis asked for mw to provide some documents and information last. I sebt all i had and was told for another document, he had to request it. I sent him an email stating they would not release it. I recieved nothing for another 3.5 weeks and then got a letter they couldnt determine who was at fault. Not to mention Dennis didnt even have the correct intersection which i provided prior to.
Long story short, 5 total months no communication, lack of effort to get up to speed. Also when you ask them for communication, they dont want to take the time to. Then make excuses to drop it if it takes to much time. Not even a good excuse for not having the apprpriate info. They cant even tell you personally why, they send a letter and then REFUSE to take a phone call, instead of the out of the office excuse.

On 06/18/2022 , my life changed. After I was released from the police station the following day I felt alone, embarrassed, remorseful, hopeless, empty, sad and clueless as to how I was going to face my new reality. That day I was taught a big lesson that I will never forget. As a kid my father told me that two of the most important dates in someone’s life are, when you are born and when you find out what you were born to do.
