Kyle represented my family in a fatal car accident with a pedestrian that resulted in the passing of one of our family members. We were in mourning, and in complete disarray, but Kyle was there to help with everything and more. He went above and beyond by making sure that our family was alright, and that we recieved what was just. At the end of the whole ordeal we were able to aquire a traffic light by the State, that could insure the safety for future pedestrians. We are grateful for Kyle and all of his hard work.

When I fell in a hole in a parking lot the ligaments in my knee were torn. I am not from Winchester and spoke to another attorney before speaking with Stanley about my accident. The other attorney would not take my case. Stanley took it and explained all the reasons why other attorneys probably weren't interested. Even with the problems with my case Stanley was able to get it settled for more than I expected. He is a fantastic attorney.

I am writing this review to inform you that I have been completely satisfied with Ms. Couch. I was overwhelmed with annoying phone calls and letters regarding several debt collectors that seemed to me to be way too aggressive and intrusive. I contacted Ms.Couch and she was very impressive with her knowledge of the Law and my rights. She advised me on a course of action that would rid me of these calls. I was in a hit and run accident in 2016. Mr. Cook was an excellent attorney. He was very straight forward and honest with me on what to expect every step of the way. I was involved in an automobile accident in December of 2013. While sitting at a stop light on my way to work, I was hit from behind and I was left with a debilitating neck injury and mounting medical bills.
