This man is awful and his practice is unethical. He got a free 1000 from scamming my family. Didn’t even bother to look up my father’s case we literally paid him 1000 for him to see my father in person and demand more money. He did not look up his case or offer any type of consultation on how we can help my father. BEWARE of this awful unethical attorney that’s ok with scamming families out of their hard earned money.

I was referred to Panish Shea specifically Jesse Creed after a very traumatic work accident. It’s safe to say that I am glad I was referred to him! I could not have asked for a better lawyer, Jesse handled my case exceptionally. If I were ever uneasy about anything during the case Jesse would take the time to explain and give all the attention needed carefully. He handled work meticulously and intentionally, and in the end, Jesse got me the maximum compensation amount possible which quite frankly even surprised me. I highly recommend Panish Shea Boyle, and especially Jesse Creed.

One of the best decisions I’ve made in this lifetime was to trust Lewis and Farrar! They are amazing took care of everything for me even had someone drive me to the doctor and wait. They handle everything so you don’t have to stress always just a text or phone call away. They also have an AMAZING team working for them! If you’re looking for professional legal advice, I’d strongly recommend NOT hiring Mr. Diamond. In almost three years, he failed to communicate with his client (me) regarding court dates, misdaminor charges and became argumentative when he did finally responded to text messages. Mr. Diamond would never answer his phone, but later wanted $7500 for trail and never discussed my case in two plus years. Finally, he bailed on me just the day before my trial hearing. Please do NOT trust this lawyer.

I was involved in a traffic collision that left me with debilitating injuries. I had multiple injuries that were preventing me from living my life and maintaining my responsibilities. I was very overwhelmed by my injuries and my situation. Enter Torsten. I met Torsten and his associates through a friend of a friend and word of mouth advertising. I explained my situation, and he was very supportive and reassuring from the inception of our professional relationship. Torsten ensured I was comfortable with the process by answering all of my questions and explaining the process, including when I would call him out of the blue when i was freaking out.
Torsten and his team blew my expectations out of the water with their professionalism, competence and quality of service. I was initially surprised by the amount of time Torsten and his partner spent with me. He didn't contact me through an assistant. When faced with personal tragedy and an overwhelming loss it is difficult to have the energy and know-how to navigate through legal action as well. I was in an accident a few years back and got badly injured. Unfortunately, I made the silly decision of handling my claim with the insurance company myself at first. After the insurance company strung me along for months though, I decided to hire a lawyer and I asked a friend if he knew anybody good. He recommended Torsten and Nicole, who had helped my friend out in the past.
When I called Torsten and Nicole, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into. I'd never had a lawyer before, but they talked to me about my case on the phone and then we met in person and I felt at ease. They never pushed me to do anything and were happy to meet with me to discuss my case whether I hired them or not. Of course, I ended up retaining them, and I couldn't be happier.
Nicole and Torsten worked so hard for me on my case and ended up filing a lawsuit and battling with the insurance company for about a year in court. Along the way, the insurance company kept tossing BS offers at us and I was getting really frustrated with the entire process. It seemed that the insurance company would never pay me what I deserved.
But Torsten and Nicole kept assuring me that the insurance company would come up with more money and that this was just the game they always played with people's lives. It turns out, they were right. After pushing and pushing through the lawsuit, the insurance company finally gave in and offered me a great settlement a few weeks before trial just as Torsten and Nicole predicted.
Obviously, I'm happy that I got the money I deserved. But I was even happier with who got me the money. Torsten and Nicole were not just my lawyers. They were my friends. They took the time to listen to me and understand my problems and they stood up for me until the end. There were ups and downs for me emotionally throughout the process, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably have broken down completely and taken one of the insurance company's BS offers. In the end, I know I got what I deserved because of Nicole and Torsten. They are wonderful people and made me feel confident that I had great attorneys in my corner.

There was a young girl in the front with purple hair and she was very helpful. Asking me if I needed any water or coffee and showing me where the bathroom was. As soon as my family met this guy Jacob he was such a jerk. He was not very helpful. He was the worst lawyer I can say I’ve ever met in my entire life. I didn’t like the way he talked to his staff as if they were beneath him. Working in an office as a team means working together WITH potential clients. To top it off he was on his phone the entire time while we were talking and it was social media!

Big rush to get me signed up with "The Dominguez Firm".
I had a concussion from the accident. The "people" assigned to my case were not interested in getting me medical help... I was sent to a Doctor that had ordered an immediate MRI, yet they could not find a MRI machine to accommodate my size and that was a part of theyre lien program...
Two months later I still have not had the MRI... I have lost partial sight in my left eye and I have hearing loss which has gotten worse due to the lack of attention.
This "law Firm" has caused me additional injuries by the lack of care... BEWARE

Mr. Kashani was very unprofessional I very rarely spoke with him, I thought for a minute that his assistant was handling my case, she as well was very unprofessional. Mr. Kashani took my case and was unable to handle the matter. Should be zero stars. A complete waste of time, at either office. The receptionist wouldn't let me answer her questions, then transferred me to someone who was incredibly rude and hung up on me. A call to their other office to try to get help showed they had already spread garbage and lies about me. I am a 100% disabled veteran with a service connected disability and suffer from emotional dysregulation, among other things. This business is complete and total garbage. Businesses like this make me regret my military service. Avoid, even if you have to pay. These people do not give a single crap about you.

Renee Mochkatel wasted my time. Unfortunately I was referred to this firm at the time because the other lawyers don’t work Ventura County cases. I must say it has been a complete waste of time dealing with these people. It took her two months to get back to me for an incident report just to say that she couldn’t help me and she claims she has sent me many emails, which is not true because I have every receipt listed. I’m extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism. I would not recommend her to work with anybody. She has no quality of care and it seems like everybody in this firm Have the same tendencies. Luckily, I found Attourney who has communicated with me and is willing to help me I thought I should go with him because I was referring huge mistake on my end!

I can only speak for Burton Mitchell, as I have not utilized the firm for other matters. Having gone through a few estate firms, Mr. Mitchell is the foremost expert and legal scholar in estate planning in So Calif. A prior firm not to be mentioned interviewed for a full page spread in the NYTs botched so much. Fame doesn’t equal knowledge. I switched and am forever grateful. Knowing Mr Mitchell’s character, he would NOT associate with other attorneys unless they are of similar aptitude. Legal matters, always tortuous. Judges or jurors decide whimsically especially in California. Any disgruntled matter should be directed to the TRIAR OF FACT, not councils regardless of firm, that has to deal with oftentimes a disinterested jury pool. That is a variable no one has control over. My overall observation, reasonably priced TOP NOTCH FIRM. From one high level professional to another, different fields but astute observer. Muammar is alright, but isn’t the best personal injury attorney out there. Do your research and look around. He’s a somewhat new lawyer and slowly gaining experience. I retained him a few years ago, being a victim in a personal injury case, the evidence was clear for liability towards the opposing party, and there was a abundant paper trail of clear damages. He said before trial “this is a home run”, meaning it’s an easy win. Sadly, he couldn’t deliver results and wasn’t successful on the case and lost. All he said, “Wow that judge wasn’t good” Instead of taking responsibility, he deflected to the judge to blame and then never contacted me again. My case was a mere experiment to him and I was his guinea pig. I was left with medical bills, no financial gain, and no remorse or care towards the client. There are better lawyers out there; he’s not yet matured nor experienced. Maybe others have had better luck with him.

I think that Maumma Reed is an excellent attorney. However he kept $500.00 dollars to cover any other medical costs however I don’t owe anyone and I would like to get my money that is owed to me. I call to no avail as NO one will return my calls and then I was told that it would take 10 days before I would hear anything and it has been over a month. Now the lady that I was speaking to no longer works for the firm. Her name is Aquila. Please Mr Reed get back at me. Thank you very much .

The only time you received phone call from him is the first day, he promises to do above and beyond with same words ("by heart ")that he learn in law school to attract the client . He even tell you jis cell phine and tells you that the only person that can call him is his kids , his girlfriend and YOU. if for some emergency reason you call jim he gets upset ( i should of fire him that day ).I felt like nothing Nothing was done from attorney stand point . Very disappointed !!!! Even after the settlement still receive the bills from hospital , actually from collection company , so it means that job was not done properly .

They are quick to jump on a case relatively easy case in my opinion. after doing most of the paper work for them police report, Hospital records, witnesses statements etc... its been over almost 8 months and leaving over 7 messages call their main office got hung up on and receptionist having an attitude. Mind you we are a client very understanding and patience client, But as far as patience goes it ran out about 3 months ago. My little sister credit score is shot waiting for an answer. Collections from hospitals are flooding in still no respond. Calling their main office which was in L.A. I did not have the phone number of the San Jose office available so I asked the receptionist for the address and phone number of the San Jose office she tells me she is unable to located and wouldn't even try to goggle it for me I just found the office with one click of a button. Wow how dedicate are these lawyers and the people who works for them. I wouldn't recommend these law firm to my worst enemies or maybe I should. Shame on this law firm for taking advantage of people who rely on your law firm for any type of legal representation maybe the case is not worth their time if so they should of turn down the case when first presented.

I had to do everything to get the ball rolling. I got compensated for damages after 3 months of me calling and figuring out what I personally had to do. As far as attorneys they are not trustworthy and the service was poor. PLEASE DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY. Unless you have a huge claim to take out they will not help you. They canceled my physical therapy because it was not worth it to them to deal with my case. Rebeca was my direct contact and I sent in a reciept for my damaged laptop with a circle around the "tax not included" part of it. I called her several times to clarify this and got a check for damages minus tax and therefore could not fix my damaged laptop. She then proceded to tell me I had nothing to wait for except a call from the physical therepy office. After 2 weeks from speaking with her I contacted the physical therepy office (which i had to contact in the first place) and they told me that my Lean did not go through and tey were supposed to inform me about it. Terrible service all around. I recomend not employing their half ass services.

First, in reading the other reviews I would like to emphasize that Rosemarie is not a counselor or therapist who is there to sympathize with our personal legal matters. She is an attorney who needs to understand the facts so that she provide relevant and helpful legal advice. She is very direct in speaking and asking questions which I greatly appreciate. I was called by Parker Stanbury twice by this lawyer Rosemarie Merril and both times she was short, rude and obtuse. The first time she wasn't trying to hear me and take my side but instead was determining if she could win as opposed to give me my day in court to air my grievance and see what an impartial judge or jury decides.
The second time, she tried to be rude with her explanation of what a tort is as if I am supposed to know what that is just being Joe Citizen with no law education.
This lady is a bad person. No people skills. Don't be mean to other people the way people were once rude with you.

Mr. Kapland is currently my attorney in my injury and illness that I receive in 2001 with the company I worked for over 23 years and recently had to leave the company after 13 failed surgeries due to what we know now a severe metal allergy that has caused me to become very ill and without an elbow. The claim was uncontested by my employer and insurance company. Mr. Kaplands mishandling and greed for my claim is the only reason it went to court. Throughout the years the insurance company changed hands but the last company it was turned over to CAIGA. I was made 100% disable and unable to work in 2014vbut made permanent and stationary in 2007 but continued to work under severe stress and very ill. I was just informed that I won and received an award, future medical with a life pension in 2016. Mr. Kapland has refused to communicate with me except to send me harassing emogyi's laughing at me. I never received a structured settled and for the past year I am being refused medical care locally and being forced to travel from Arizona to Los Angeles Can for court hearings and doctor appointments. I receive no reimbursements for traveling and when I appear in WCAB twice in the past 3 months no attorney speaks to me and I don't see our judge so I have no idea why I'm even ordered to appear. I then receive from the defense counsel via mail that my attorney had the claim. Put on the calendar to inform defense counsel and the court that he is my attorney and they are not allowed to speak with me when I call and have all communications go through him. I haven't spoken to Mr. Kapland since I dismissed him years ago for mishandling and inappropriate behavior. Mr. Kapland who is claiming to be my attorney is trying to cover up his mishandling. He also uses Dr.Khioury to conduct insurance fraud by charging the insurance company for exams and treatment that were never performed. He has caused me to lose my family home and in jeopardy of losing my current residence and belongings. But will send emogyi's from his identified cell phone and work email on a regular basis to terrorize me. Please be aware of this attorney he is a bad man and an even worse attorney. I can supply you with evidence of all my claims and much more.

I hired Mr. Lishner when I got auto accident, but I regretted my decision soon.
I felt that the outcome was worse than if I worked myself.
I cannot sure what he worked for me, and he just terminated the contract as soon as the insurance denied my claim. He didn't seem to take care of customer like me (it wasn't BIG accident anyway). I never had a chance to talk to him before I received a phone call for the termination, and he responded very rudely.
