After hearing about the CLJA in 2023, I realized that I was one of those veterans stationed at Camp Lejeune doing the time period mentioned. I have suffered from several illnesses associated with the contamination. After searching out a law firm to handle my claim, I decided to go with Timothy Young Law Firm. I live far out-of-state and had an old (but minor) traffic violation ticket that needed to be cleared from my license *in-person*. Obviously, this was not going to be possible for me to travel to NOLA, so I contacted Seth about appearing for me in court to resolve this matter.
In my case, this whole experience was effortless and the matter was resolved without any issue. I recently passed through a small town going faster than I should have (as I was honestly running late to a wedding). Ended up meeting a nice gentleman on the side of the highway and thought I would be looking at a speeding ticket real soon...
Well... I thought wrong, and I was actually looking at serving a 90 day sentence at the local bed and breakfast (correctional center).
I was referred to Mr. Nettles who “knew the law book from front to back.” I talked with him a few times and he went to work on my case. Later Mr. Nettles went to court on my behalf and took care of everything as he originally said he would. Scott really went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful (and yes his knowledge of the law is extraordinary).
