Brian Dettman Was extremely kind in assisting me with a personal injury claim. He promised he would follow up the next day and he definitely did his staff right down to the lady answering. The phone was just incredible. I would highly recommend you go for ruthless when you are choosing a lawyer Brian will get you what you want. Typically lawyers will take down your information or have some assistant take it down and if they’re not interested, they are so tactless and lazy that they will not even send you a message back personally or give you A common courtesy phone call just to explain why you’re not interested or give some advice. This place definitely showed courtesy to a potential client. I had an issue with another Law Office! recently that was disrespectful. Kept me on the phone for one hour taking down all the information about my situation with an employer only to get a text A few days later basically saying thanks but no thanks so so pathetic…. When you are shopping for a lawyer, make sure That you get treated with the respect that you deserve..

Jim is a awesome person as well as a excellent attorney. When I first called him he was in Costa Rica on vacation. Surprised he answered. But he did. I really did not think I had a case because the person that hit me had no insurance. He explained to me about Kentucky being a no-fault state. Anyhow about a week later we meet. We sat down at my house. I gave him the information he needed to get started and he ran with it. I did from time to time have to provide some info or sign something. But it was minimal. He took care of most everything. I'm pleased with his handling of the case. Also I was very pleased with the results. God Bless.

I contacted Scott after receiving a low offer for medical expenses after an auto accident. Scott attempted to settle with the insurance company without filing a lawsuit. However, it became necessary to file a lawsuit! Scott was easy to talk to and always made sure I was comfortable with the process. His firm was able to get an acceptable settlement for me! I had a simple broken leg. Only, I didn't… I would find out a week after my accident, once the shock had worn off and I went to my primary care physician for issues I was dealing with (as Sheila recommended) that I actually had many injuries to my neck and shoulder that went undetected due to the traumatic event of getting hit by a car as I crossed a crosswalk. The driver had insurance in Indiana (They first tried to deny his policy had been active ), I was in Kentucky when hit, and I live in Minnesota. I would find out a week after my accident It was a very complex case…
With Sheila on my side, I felt 100% supported through the entire journey of getting the care I needed, settling with multiple insurance companies, and healing on this journey. A lawyer tried to talk me into going with my own state, but even across this complex network, Sheila remained knowledgeable, effective, caring, thoughtful, responsive, and tenacious when needed to ensure I received ongoing care. I was so grateful not to have to do this alone and to have somebody in my corner who genuinely cares. Her advice helped me get myself to the doctor to discover the multiple injuries as well as navigate resistant insurance companies. They'll never be the same, the significant compensation for pain, suffering, missed work, and the care needed made it all a bit more bearable.

Joel is absolutely amazing. I got rear ended last year, and it wasn’t until after I was hurt and realized that it wasn’t going away that I decided to take action. I had called Issac’s and Issac’s first and hated the way that I was treated like I was just a number instead of a human being. Joel immediately made me feel welcome, and relaxed. He definitely took the stress and pressure off that arises out of these situations. I had never experienced anything like this kind of accident, being hurt from an accident, or any of other stuff that comes with it (ie: chiropractors, specialists, physical therapy, etc.) from the beginning me made sure I had complete understanding and support from medical to legal. His main focus was ensuring I got better, instead of just focusing on money. That was not the experience I had with any other lawyer or firm at the beginning of this whole experience. I was first referred to Joel by my sister who had gotten in a bad accident a year before mine. I called him, set a meeting, and met at his old louisville office. (Its a stunning building.) He's a laid back guy, has a good sense of humor, and is very professional. He's not a slip-and-fall-my-neck-suddently-hurts lawyer. He's legitimate, not a lazy or self serving lawyer.
